Cant rate them highly enough. I rate all their products as 5 star. As a clinically vulnerable person it's been fantastic to have safe non-toxic products to protect from Covid. I was sceptical at first but i read up on it - It's not chlorine, it only *smells like chlorine - its hypochlorous acid which is different, much less toxic, and the science behind it is sound - lots of studies showing efficacy if you research it. I use the Disinfect, Air & Hand sanitiser. Am very pleased with it.

Also the Superclean spray is amazing, especially on windows - spray every inch of the glass with product leave for 2 mins, dry off with clean dry microfibre cloth or a towel (as long as no fabric softener on it). Thats it, no rubbing, ploishing or streaks.

In addition I also spilled a bowl of chocolate cereal all over my pale pink carpet yesterday. I scooped up the bits & patted it dry with kitchen towel to absorb as much as i could. Sprayed superclean on liberally, let it soak for 5 mins, rubbed at it with a microfibre cloth, then soaked up all the moisture with a towel & then kitchen paper . No sign of the stain! Couldn't believe it. And with it being a wool carpet i was concerned but you'd never know anything had been on it.

I know i sound a bit evangelistic about it but i have been so impressed with this product and the company themselves I've found the service excellent over the 2-3 yrs i been using them, great bunch of people really helpful.
And I been using Disinfect on my stainless steel sink for 2yrs without issue so cant imagine what happened to the other reviewer.

I found the aerosol great for clothing, bedding, and even my overnight tooth-guard (sterilising tablets always ended up contaminating something and burning my skin, so very happy to find something that was safe and effective.)
However, after five months, the liquid started to smell scarily of bleach, rather than a faint smell of chlorine, and irritated my skin. Unfortunately the refill bottle is unlabelled – no instructions about how it should be stored or for how long. The website FAQs under usage and storage state:
•DEW is best kept in a cool dark place (i.e. cupboard) and in its original container.
•If kept as recommended, DEW will remain active for at least 6 months after opening, maybe even longer. Storage in a hot or open-to-the-sky place will cause DEW to degrade over a shorter period. Avoid unnecessary opening of the (spray) bottles, open only when empty and refill using our refill Ready Mix or concentrate.
So, I've wasted a fair bit through using it only sparingly, not knowing it would degrade.
I tried an amateur experiment on a patch of shower tray mould but disappointingly it made absolutely no difference.
Recent marketing has become a bit hyperventilated: recommending spraying homegrown vegetables to get rid of pests. Like what the natural world needs now is the loss of even more insect pollinators. And like we need chlorine-washed food.
Other brands are more upfront about limitations and offer smaller, returnable refills.

Apr22 update: refill now has a label, and bottle sprays are decent quality

Used the disinfect spray cleaner , was Ok on marble and worktops and cupboards, but left spray marks and discolouration on my 2 stainless steel sinks. Have written to the company and sent pictures but still waiting for a response months later! They should put a warning on the labelling not to use on stainless steel.

I ordered a dry mister machine. First off, their website is user-friendly and the FAQ section is very informative. The product was a lot cheaper than I had originally anticipated and the purchase was easy. The delivery was quick with the package being delivered early. It was easy to set up and is easy to use.

I love their products but they have increased their product prices twice in the last 2 months. First by 50% and then again by 16%. Although they gave me reasons for this when they initially increased the prices by 50%, given they did this twice it's hard not to believe they are taking advantage of consumers during the covid-19 pandemic.
