Massively disappointing! My mother in law recommended Devon Wick for 5* Wax Melts with the promise that these wax melts smelt amazing. I chose several scents inclusive of the Janeiro Sunshine, Unstoppable Fresh and Flowerbomb snap bar. Only the Unstoppable fresh melt actually gave off a scent when burned/melted and it wasn’t anything more than ordinary. The Janeriro sunshine smelt nothing like the branded body cream its meant to be an imitation of infact it didn’t smell of anything. I can honestly say i won’t be purchasing from Devon Wick again. The only thing this company excelled in was their fast delivery!

I ordered the sample box. Some of the fragrances are gorgeous - but some are so strong and cloying - they affect our eyes - they cannot be good for you!

Have tried to order more of the ones we did like but they are often out of stock so not worth putting an order in for the odd one or two that are.

Sadly as the number of samples in the box we liked was smaller than those we didn’t like, unless we can get a better supply of the ones we like, we won’t be ordering again.

Great choices, easy to order and the fragrance is amazing, we have two cats and lots of carpets so using these has helped the house smell fresh

Placed an order for a mystery box for £15 and it states on their website that I'd be sent £30 worth of products. Also paid £3.49 for Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. Ordered these as part of Christmas gifts. Hadn't been sent my dispatch email by 18th December so I contacted them to ask when my order would be sent. 22nd December I was sent 3 of their wax bars and these were all extremely dirty. The wax bars are for sale for £4 each online so I could have bought these for less than £15. Contacted them again on 22nd to explain I'd been sent 3 very dirty snap bars and this wasn't £30 worth of products. Had a reply from them 26th to say "your mystery box order has not been sent incorrectly. The snap bars you’ve received are only part of your order, and the remaining items will be sent separately." and "The remaining products included in your mystery box will be dispatched shortly, and once they’re on the way, I’ll send over the tracking details." I've still not got anything else and haven't even had another tracking email. Avoid this company! I've asked for a refund now since it's been nearly a month since I placed my order.

Delivered promptly. Yet to try the product but looking forward to now that Xmas is over.

Absolutely love their products and all the scents I’ve tried so far. Received a delivery on Saturday and one of the candles had smashed, emailed them photos and they send a replacement. Didn’t expect to see it this side of Christmas but to my surprise it arrived Monday! Can’t get better customer service than that!

Everything arrived on time, they were gifted so haven’t used the candles myself but will be ordering again.

Preordered a Sample Pack for delivery early December as a Christmas gift. No update on delivery given until I chased and told it would take 2-3 weeks, well after Christmas. All this despite their website saying delivery within 1 working day. Stop telling people this lie!! If you don’t have them in stock, don’t sell them and cause disappointment..simple.

Now I’m stuck without a gift. First and last time, I will be ordering from this company!

Terrible terrible service, I put in an order and never recieved it. It took me almost 7 weeks to get a refund, if I hadn't chased them I would never have got anywhere. Do not trust them and try some where else.

The gingerbread melts are amazing, 5 stars for them. The butterbeer diffuser scent was disappointing and can barely notice it unfortunately.
