Their software NEVER worked, mentioned to them many times, their support is garbage, and whenever I requested to just be refunded they denied it, not only did I attempt to resolve it with them, but I have made many attempts to get my money back from this garbage company, they will always give the same answer (copy and paste) to contact them for support and to fix the issue.

If someone can't use your software, they are entitled to a refund. It is common knowledge.

EDIT, The purpose of this review is in NO WAY to get a refund, the use of this review is to share my experience with this poorly managed company, they attempted to lie and get my review removed and I was able to verify the legitimacy to Trustpilot. Stay away from these money hungry people.
