Destination beauty stayed with me throughout the whole journey. Everything was as was stated on their website and the hotel was great (those buffet breakfasts...yum). Many many other Destination Beauty clients staying at same hotel and we would get to know each other and it was an extremely supportive atmosphere. The hospital was only 2 years old and very modern and clean. Dr NJ was a joy and did an awesome job on my midface and arm lifts. The results have been remarkable...very pleased.
Just wanted to add that I am almost 69 years of age...so never too late.

My experience with Destination Beauty was exceptional, everything from the hotel apartment, the hospital ,the hospital staff the nurses, my surgeon (Dr NJ) the attention to detail and the quality of care is second to none and I would happily recommend them to anyone

The price is reasonable but getting expensive. The DB staff were friendly but Ira difficult with only 1 nurse -Nurse Aom, only able to assist with certain procedures, made waiting times long. Nurse Aom does the best she can but must be exhausted. My incisions are healing fantastically and Dr Ring is very good with his straight incisions ans placement.
The hospital nurses (who are not associated with DB but private hospital nurses) were quite dismissive and rude unless bribed with chocolate and cake. I spent 3 days staring at a ceiling with lights on, morphine withheld when I needed it until I told DB and they spoke with the nurses. Nurses need to learn better English as there is too much miscommunication. They also need to be taught proper patient moving techniques and sterile fields. Lucky if people don't get infections.
The lack of communication and long wait times for appointments are tiring. 8 people on a bus at 1pm and must wait to Return after everyone is finished. Can take up to 5 hours.
Concerns weren't addressed properly by DB staff after surgery. I have issues with my breathing implants and pain that wasn't rectified after 2 further surgeries, i was told was normanal but im not confident and cannot afford to return for further surgery to rectifiy due to surgeon error. I have dogs ears on my hips and a tennis ball size picket of dry blood at one incision site, I saw people with horrific open wounds that smell of infection that were ignored for days, causing them so much pain and extended healing.
I'm worried that most people only see positive feedback as negative feedback is blocked on the Facebook page, giving false hope that they will be very well cared for. People need to know that the nursing care isn't a high quality as it is in Australia. People are fine to go, and I am not saying I wouldn't return, but the care and professionalism is very different to Australia.

The team are lovely to deal with and always willing to assist in any concerns you may have. Nurse Aom is a beautiful person who prides herself in making people happy. Donut is such a pleasure, she is always smiling. The doctors that I met are really good, but make sure you reiterate what you want so there is no confusion. I don't think I encountered one person who was difficult to deal with. The staff at the hotel are wonderful, Kasin and Jute, the doorman) always remember your name and are just gorgeous. The only thing was the language barrier with the nurses at the hospital. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I was encouraged to have too many large surgeries in a row with only one day in-between which my 60 year old body could not handle. On return to Australia, despite emails to DB seeking help, there has been little support and I have now had to seek a local plastic surgeon.

Everything is explained so well and made easy . Very professional staff . I have followed DB on Facebook for years and finally made a date for gastric sleeve , only regret is not doing it 20 years ago.
Have lost almost 30kgs and just booked for tummy tuck and breast lift and implants. Much cheaper and get to look around Bangkok also.

Well organised from start to finish. Excellent care in hospital from everyone. Great prices compared to Australia and thrilled with my results. Hotel and staff also awesome

My experience with Destination Beauty was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, everything was made easy and stress-free. Booking the surgery and making the payment was straightforward, and there was always someone available to speak with here in Australia, which made me feel supported and reassured.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire journey. Upon arrival, I was met at the airport, and a shuttle bus took us directly to the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and caring, making us feel comfortable from the start.

Transport to the hospital was seamless, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The medical team took a thorough health history and conducted X-rays and blood work before surgery, which gave me peace of mind.

My hospital room was spacious and modern, with a very comfortable guest bed. Everything was explained clearly, and my surgeon visited prior to the procedure to discuss any concerns.

The day of surgery felt exciting. We showered and changed into clean pajamas provided for us. After the procedure, I was brought back to my room and monitored closely by attentive nursing staff, who were always available if I needed anything.

Four days post-surgery, we returned to the hotel to continue recovery. Since I couldn’t eat much, the thoughtful kitchen staff prepared doggy bags for me to enjoy later. Their friendliness and attention to detail—even remembering our floor and assisting with taxis—was heartwarming.

Our hotel room was large, featuring a king bed, ensuite, and kitchen facilities. It was cleaned daily and located in an upmarket area with plenty of Western restaurants, cafes, and even a jazz club nearby. It was incredibly convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The Thai food was incredible, and the overall experience felt truly five-star. I would highly recommend Destination Beauty to anyone considering surgery overseas.

From the get go everything was amazing. I travelled from Australia to have a breast lift and augmentation. The hospital stay was amazing i was treated like a queen. A year on and my results are so good. I'm very happy with everything.

I loved that destination beauty was easy to contact,and they fixed all pick ups and times. They gave good information before and after the surrgery. The day of the surrgery they did many tests so i feelt very safe.And the after care was excellent. My results are as good as i hoped. My surgen was excellent he did a really good job. No complications at all.So much better care than I would get in my country Sweden.Have nothing to complane about. I have to say that the hotel was excellent had everything from gym and swimingpool and kind and helpful staff.I really would recomend them.

The outcome of my surgery has been as per my expectations, and in some cases exceeded them due to the minimal swelling I experienced and the recovery time I am currently going through. If I ever need any other cosmetic surgery, Destination Beauty will be my first consideration. I did a mid facelift with neck-lift, platysmaplasty, and lower blepharoplasty. This was all done during the same surgery and I spent 2 nights in the professional care of the nurses and the hospital staff.
I had been recommended to Destination Beauty by a friend who had undergone cosmetic procedures with them in Thailand.
The process of uploading photos, and getting an appraisal by a qualified surgeon gave me confidence that my goals would be achieved.
The interaction with the booking agent was minimal, but the interaction with staff once I got to Thailand was professional and very attentive.
The hotel that I stayed at was very spacious and clean, with all hotel amenities also of a high standard - buffet breakfast, swimming pool, gym, active street with plenty of food options and transport when required.
The hospital experience was also of a high standard. The hospital was modern, and there were additional consults with the surgeon to ensure it was understood what I wanted and what was a reasonable expectation. The price, of course was significantly cheaper than in Australia, including the airfare and accommodation, etc.

Everyone at Destination Beauty is so lovely and I had the best experience with my surgery and my surgeon Dr Ring, I could not fault my experience.

My experience with destination beauty was great! The level of care from the nurses are amazing you really do feel like you are in good hands . Somerset hotel was absolutely beautiful the staff there are so helpful and amazing and it's great having the nurse visits down stairs ..my only negative was that I wasn't to happy with the theater team surgery is a very scarey thing and I just feel going into theater is very overwhelming and a little frightning I just feel like the care going into theater and coming out into recovery could of been alot better but other then that my experience with destination beauty themselves were amazing and I highly recommend

Every staff member who helped me with my treatment and stay were lovely. I was well looked after and really appreciated the care from everyone.

This was a great experience for me. I chose to have face and neck lift with sub brow lift and fat transfer. No issues at all right throughout my journey from stepping foot off the plane to getting back on it at to leave. My DB Rep Ing was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful right throughout my journey from the moment I initially contacted DB in relation to information I required. If I needed to know something I just asked Ing and she got back to me very quickly. I chose Dr NJ as my surgeon and he is definitely a fantastic surgeon and very easy to talk with. Very pleasant and quite funny. Happy to address any if my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. The staff at the hospital were lovely although there was a little language barrier with some of the nurses. The hotel accommodation was also great, although they could do with updating the tvs as I spent most of my time in my room recovering and it would have been good to be able to watch Netflix etc. The breakfast was substantial but there was no restaurant so you either go out or use Grab food delivery.
Overall I highly recommend Destination Beauty if you are thinking of cosmetic surgery in Bangkok.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the service Destination Beauty has provided. From my initial enquiry to the hospital to the hotel everything and everyone were absolutely brilliant. They couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was ever any trouble. There was literally nothing for me to do except book my flights - they did everything! My recovery is going extremely well and although it’s still early days yet I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results so far. Thank you Destination Beauty! I cannot recommend them highly enough ❤️

I was in hospital during the recent Bangkok earthquake!

In my early 20's I underwent gastric sleeve surgery in Australia through the private system and had the most horrific experience that I was left with PTSD. Now as a 30 year old female I decided to push that fear aside and fly over alone to receive an arm lift, tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction on my inner thighs and love handles. I have been home now in Australia for 3 days.

From the get go the staff at Destination Beauty were incredible and answered all my questions and concerns. I have a chronic illness that can affect my healing and they took the time to sincerely listen and make adjustments to ensure I was well taken care of.

The nurses, surgeons and all staff are incredible. The genuine care they have for you is next level. While not everyone is fluent in English (and myself not knowing much Thai) google translate became a great tool.
But again, I cannot emphasise enough how patient and caring these nurses and staff are.

On the day I was due to have surgery I was in my room resting and fasting when we were hit with the huge earthquake. These beautiful, petite nurses were carrying patients all the way from the 11th floor down the stairs outside before running back up to ensure everyone was accounted for.
Once outside we were hit with the blistering heat of Bangkok's summer! Immediately chairs, fans, water, ice cream and electrolytes were provided to the (hundreds I'm guessing) patients as we filled into the car park. These nurses, doctors, surgeons and other staff were dripping with sweat while fanning us with anything they could find and ensuring everyone had what they needed. I was lucky enough to have not undergone surgery as of yet but they were still so insistent I take a seat and rest while fanning me.
As I was fasting I became ill as we were awaiting for the aftershocks and clear to re enter.
Immediately, the nurses sprung into action, hooked me up to an IV and put me in a wheel chair before providing me with electrolytes.

Due to the earthquake my surgery was delayed a day, something I have absolutely no complaints about. During my fasting time the next day as I awaited surgery, a few Destination Beauty representatives came to my room to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and provided gifts!!! I couldn't believe it!

These workers at the hospital risked their lives to ensure every single patient was accounted for and safe during a freak natural disaster and they were apologising to myself and all other Destination Beauty patients! Something completely out of their control!

Moving forward, surgery was a success and the nurses were so kind, empathetic and genuinely loving during my stay in hospital.

When I was discharged from hospital and returned to the hotel the hotel staff were also so kind, making sure to try and remember my name and how I was feeling. They ensured I had everything I needed and assisted me with making a hair appointment!

What I'm trying to say is, as a 30 year old woman who had intense PTSD from private surgery in Australia I could not have had a better experience with Destination Beauty.

Surgery is scary and difficult, especially in another country alone but I will always and forever remember the kindness and love I was shown and will not go anywhere else should I need surgery again.

Thank you Destination Beauty for taking care of myself and everyone during my visit. I wish I could rate you higher than 5 stars. You have changed my life and I will forever be grateful.

I was helped right from the start to the end all the way. Very reassuring as I was travelling alone first time surgery. The surgeon listened to my concerns. Brilliant work. Hotel and nursing staff looked after me so well.

Amazing experience with destination beauty,
Nurses were friendly and answered any concerns I had if I had any.
Once I checked out of the hospital and went back to my room at Somerset Park there was plenty of other People there that had same procedure as I did who I could talk to and ask any questions in recovery.
Dr Ring was amazing and his work is incredible.
I’m so happy with my outcome
I will be definitely be coming back to Destination beauty in future.
