I tried booking to the view from this…

I tried booking to the view from this company cause it's a little cheaper from the original site for the view and it turns out the tickets were not even honored when we reached the place. Don't waste your time and money and just book from the view directly.

Upon reviewing your case, it appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the ticket timings. You purchased a non-prime hours ticket and attempted to use it during prime hours. Our agent informed you of this at the time of purchase and reiterated it when you contacted us at 5:30 PM. We explained that the ticket could still be used starting at 7 PM and that same-day tickets are non-refundable.

Booked 2 entrances to the Louvre Abu…

Booked 2 entrances to the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The ticket prices were cheaper than on the official website, the booking process was smooth and quick. Received the tickets over WhatsApp and someone from the company checked on me the next day to make sure I had received my tickets. Recommended

I booked a ticket on their website with…

I booked a ticket on their website with my husband. 10 minutes later I learnt they proceeded a refund for Snow Classic in Ski Dubai, because they dont have anymore tickets. I was so upset we couldnt go, because obviously we dont want to pay again as we dont have a refund. Sunday ruined. Worst website ever. Why on earth did they even sell the tickets in the first place?

Our representative contacted you shortly after the booking to notify you of the situation and confirmed that a full refund had been processed as a reversal. Typically, this reversal is processed immediately, but the duration may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

Our booking terms and conditions specify that attractions may be closed or may stop accepting bookings, and customers must acknowledge this before their booking can be finalized.

Additionally, our customer service manager contacted you on the same day to explain the circumstances, and we are pleased to hear that the funds were credited back to your account the following day.

We sincerely apologize for your experience and hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future to improve your perception of our services.

I recently bought five tickets to Waterworld Abu Dhabi and the experience was 10 out of 10.

The tickets were received immediately after I purchased them. And the service from the team was excellent. They were very responsive.

Destination Master after sales customer services top notch.

We decided to do Motiongate instead of seaworld once we can across same on Destination Master. We arrived very exited ti give our 18 month old a day of fun and excitement, only to be told at all the rides have a hight restriction and we couldn't go on any rides with our todler. We advised Destination Master about same as we understand they do not make the rules, they were very helpful and helped us to obtain tickets for another attraction at discounted prices.

My 5 stars is for Destination master and their customers services.

Tickets sold don't work

We bought two tickets for the museum of the future in Dubai. Tickets were sent via email at once. When we reached the venue, the tickets weren't accepted. We were informed even the ticket format is wrong. When I reached out to destination master on WhatsApp, they responded after one hour. By that time we already had bought new (and much more expensive) tickets. On WhatsApp we were shown an email with other tickets attached, however we never received this. When I asked to see the attachment it also looked slightly different than the original tickets we got from the museum. My request for refund was met with "we'll speak about it and get back to you next week". I've waited one week and got no reply. So pretty sure it's a scam.
