I was pleased at how easy and affordable it was to get a logo created for my new small business. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because there was quite a bit of pressure to buy more services once the logo was done but I was able to just accomplish what I needed.

Great company to work with, they were helpful, professional creative in my design.

I am currently working with Jay Anderson and Tim Koch on the design of our new business logo. They have been totally awesome! The team will continue to work the design until you are 100% satisfied - no complaints whatsoever. After working up the first five or so design options you give your feedback on what you like and what you don't like, as well as suggestions of what you would like to see on the revisions. They have totally understood my feedback and are currently working on the third revision. I would recommend this company, hands-down!

Well if you need a logo prepare to pay additional fees, they wont give you creative rights over the logo you just paid unless you paid them additional fees for trademark registration. IN this case we have a lawyer we work with and when we ask for the logo the have just created we cant use it unless we take their services. So unless you want to pay way more than expected I would suggest you go to any other freelance website and get it done by someone not this guys. to justify their outrageous claims they sent me a 370 pages document about U.S trademark law. c'mon just common sense. STAY AWAY

Stay away from this company. I needed a logo created, they created it, but then they tried to upsell me into filing for the logo rights. They quoted me over $500 to do this. I did not want it, we ended up agreeing to $200 (and some odd dollars) with a promise to print and send me 1,000 business cards. They charged my credit card right away, but it's been almost 9 months and I still have NOT received the rights to a logo I paid for! When I call, they tell me they are emailing me the rights, after another week of waiting, I call back and "Bill" doesn't take any info from me and say's he will have the billing department call me back. When I called him out on this, he became defensive and rude. When I didnt back down, he hung up on me and ended the live chat option on the site. I agree with one of the other people who left a review, they impersonate others and create names to appear to be a large company. This place is a scam, DO NOT USE THEM!!!! you've been warned.

They really helped me, im just waiting on one last thing. But happy so far.

They did a pretty good job with the logo, BUT they call me multiple times a day, every day, never leave a message, and try to sell me more stuff. It's been 5 months ago and still!

I'm very frustrated with the telemarketing this company does.

So unless you like being bothered with their spam calls, I would recommend using someone else.

I worked with Design Proficient on multiple websites and they were very professional and efficient in their time. as well as their design team is very talented and gives you multiple design options to choose from. I would definitely work again with Design Proficient.

Was extremely unhappy with this company. 2 weeks they couldn't even produce a website. 1 day I built my own on Wix. Do not use.

I had 2 projects with this company - a logo design and a website design. The Logo work was great, the project manager very professional and I am very satisfied. The Website not so much.

They did a good job, but they tried to up sell me almost immediately after the first round of logos.

This experience although originally was not the best, became solved when a gentleman reached out to us and was willing to fix the issue. And because of the costumer service of this man it has made me change my review to now one that is positive. Thank you for making things right!
