They started off with a good pitch after years of paying and not ranking well and no one ever returning your calls I decided to try a different company. They first held me hostage and when they finally gave me the access to move I was already suspended from google. Very ruthless and unprofessional service to get me suspended. It’s costing me a fortune to recover and at least Google is working with me to find out exactly what they did to me. Hopefully they will be suspended for very unprofessional behavior and disrespectful towards my company of 35 years. I’m hiring an attorney now to try and recover some of my losses. Very unprofessional service and needs to be suspended. Be very careful with this company.

Communication with this company has been terrible. I joined a new org, and I have been trying to get a hold of someone, but I keep getting the runaround. Also, their answering service is not responsive. It has been over a week, and there has still been no response to the multiple emails I've sent to clientcare@designnrank and there is no way to leave a voicemail at the number listed on their website.

Excellent customer service from Jason W!! He ALWAYS responds immediately to any question/problem I may have and if he can't solve if he will get it solved very quickly. Couldn't ask for better service.

Steve D. is my go to Guy. He keeps me grounded and helps me with tech savvy things that I do not know about with my website. He is an avid listener who is honest, straightforward, and open-minded.

This company is a nightmare, I called to get an estimate, the guy who gave me the information was so aggressive when I didn't want the service. on top of it they sent me invoices to pay (like I emanated before I didn't work with them at all just a quote). i called them and they use a call center call "Answer Net" in Canada but it's not Canada they used people from India that don't care and hang up on you.
I called many times and sent emails to stop send me invoices and they ignore me. look like a scam!!! be carful!!!

Sajan Hayre has been an outstanding representative for your company. He is attentive, courteous and thoughtful, genuinely interested in our business and success. Any question is looked into and answered quickly, and I feel that I can approach him with any question or concern that I might have. I greatly appreciate the weekly check ins, on a day he knows I won't be run off my feet at the shop. We are extremely pleased with the service that we receive from him.

I have been with design and rank for 3 years I believe maybe four. I have had two managers that deal with my account. Georgia and Jason are my favourite people! Jason calls to remind me of things that need to get done for my website!!! Well worth the money. Ones less thing I have to worry about as a business owner.

Terrific experience working with Steve and his team from Design n Rank. Right from day one they were instrumental in providing expert guidance as we forged through process of a website redesign. I started working with Elizabeth from DnR about 3 years ago and since then she and her team did an amazing job in SEO, website design and improving the overall presence of Fenstermann.com on the internet. I really like that she is always proactive and looks out for us.

It is a NIGHTMARE dealing with design n rank. They are unresponsive, have fraudulent charges and are not professional.

We entered into an SEO services trial period (paid) back in 2019 for 5 months. Part of the agreement was to update us monthly. They did that for the first month, after that... nothing. Apparently the rep we were dealing with left the company and we fell through the cracks.

Fast forward 5 months to after the contract was supposed to be over, and we start getting charges on our credit card from them. We try calling them and emailing them and we get no reply. Finally after 4 further months of charges we finally reach them, and they put a pause on the charges and promise to look into this. We trusted them and it backfired on us...

From then on we were ghosted like we had the plague. Nobody from Design N Rank would answer our emails, when we would call them 80% of the time their phone was disconnected and when we would reach them they would forward the call to a rep that was never in the office and who never returned our calls.

From mid May to mid July this continued, until we finally got fed up and started calling them pretty much every day. Finally we got to speak to our rep and what happened was the worst case of customer service and deceit ever.

They claimed that by paying the invoice for the trial period we automatically signed up for month to month billing after the contract period and it was in the terms and conditions... WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED! We checked our inboxes and we 100% didn't get anything of that sort. Even if they did send it, for a contract to be finalized don't you need 2 signatures?! Lies, deceit and to be frank, FRAUD.

Finally after over an hour of pleading with them we got a partial refund. Unfortunately they obviously have not learned that their way of doing business is highly unethical and wrong, because we weren't even asking for a refund on the whole amount, just the 4 months after the contract ended.

TLDR; Do not deal with this company they have hidden terms and contracts that are impossible for you to know about, and after you ask them to refund illegitimate charges they dodge you and waste your time and never refund the full amount.

This was the worst company i every dealt with. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Stay away from this company. They didn't do what we asked, after some back and forth regarding issues with the site, they never fixed the issues, they didn't seem to know what they were doing & they stole our money and in the end they also stole our website. Thanks to Georgia for stealing & lieing for this company.

Got a call from them a few days ago, from a local (630) phone number saying they had a web site for me. I said I would look at it and they emailed me a link... the site they designed had NOTHING to do with my business and was a verry shoddy looking site. I get calls from them from different (630) numbers, and they just keep hanging up on me. If they were a legit company they wouldn't need to hide their number and keep calling people... AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!

UPDATE 3/23/20. I keep getting phone calls from these clowns! They ask for me, and when I say "You Have Him", they hang up... been coming from their CANADIAN phone number now!
