Brand new watch
Brand new watch, looks almost like the picture. Although watch face looked a bit bigger in the picture they used with models hand, still absolutely stunning watch and would definitely buy from here again. 9.5/10

Terrible
Have placed 3 orders in total and EVERY TIME I have been sent the incorrect item. Think this company takes advantage of having your cash in their account to earn interest as it’s always nearly 3 weeks before you’re refunded. There is no real customer service as each message is replied to with a standard response. Will not be using them again and would NOT recommend

Great when somthing went wrong
Had the watch I wanted for a great price.
4 months later the crown came out when I was trying to change the time.
I contacted Designerwatch by email and John contacted me the same day and asked me to send over photos.
Again same day agreed that it could be fixed under warranty.
From sending my watch and a new one which I was not expecting being sent out to me was under a week! Including a weekend!
Communication to clear throughout.
I would not hesitate to use again

Ur modtaget i løbet af en uges tid fra England (kunne ikke få det i DK/EU, så England var bedste alternativ). Pakket med både flamingo, pap og en pose omkring, så helt fint. Har ikke været i kontakt med kundeservice, så tænker at 4* passer fint til en god oplevelse.

Absolute Joke
I am really disheartened about this brand. I bought a watch for my boyfriend's birthday, it was beautiful and arrived in good time. However, he has only worn it twice and each time it has broken. I sent it back and they mended it, for it to break again...
It looks like it has been superglued back together!!
I asked for a refund (and for me to return the watch) but they have said that they can only fix it, which I don't see any point when It keeps breaking.
Absolute joke, wouldn't recommend at all.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. I ordered two watches, both are gorgeous but one of them was stopping intermittently. I contacted customer service, got a free return label within hours, and exchanged the watch with a functional one of the same model. Would buy again from them in the future.
