Do not buy from them. The Birkenstock EVA are fake. I revived my sandals but noticed it said European 40 uk 6.5 (which is an incorrect sizing it should be uk 7). I went to the Birkenstock store in central London, they told me the ones I purchased off the website were fake. The sole of the foot was a different texture, serial number on box fake, pattern on box fake.
They are selling fake products! They should not be allowed to trade. I have emailed them for a refund but no one responds to the email.
Sent defective trainers. Only offered a 50% refund or pay to return to the US. Every time I email I am sent the same generic response. Incredibly frustrating to deal with
I ordered a pair of Havaiana flip flops, they arrived and were smaller than all of my original pairs, I requested a return only be offered a 50% refund and keep the goods or to send them back and pay for postage, their website states free returns! They ignore emails and are useless to get hold of. Robbing, scamming company! Do not order!!!!

Do not use this company. They are clearly scamming customers. I too have been sent the incorrect sized item and have been advised by them that I am responsible for shipping fees and that the item has to be sent to the US! They say it's either that or buy the correct sized item at a discount. This is despite them sending me the wrong item and is in direct contradiction to their so called returns policy and consumer protection laws. There has been no apology for sending me the wrong item. Their customer service has been appalling . I cannot emphasise enough - do not use this company. They will send you the wrong item, refuse a refund and not respond to you. I will be complaining to the authorities about them and going through my credit card company to obtain a refund using the chargeback scheme, which refunds transactions under a £100.
This company is based in the US - there are no returns unless you want to buy another pair at half price which if they don't fit you will have to repeat the process. If you return goods you pay all customs, postage and taxes. So using Shopify this company is masquerading as a UK based company - avoid as I am stuck with runners at £ 75 which are too small.

Strongly recommend not using this company. Their returns policy is a lie, it clearly states on their website that returns are accepted and paid for by the company, but they aren't. Company wouldnt refund for an item that didnt fit. Really poor customer service, will never use them again. Strongly recommend avoiding this company
