Design Facility Omdömen

DF designed and built my davesolomon.solutions website, I gave them an open brief and they delivered something I would never have expected - it performs amazingly well. As a e-commerce consultant my site needs to look professional yet accessible which it does and I am happy to recommend them.

I came to Design Facility on the back of a poor experience with another agency who offered little to no support or care for our business. These guys care and see the bigger picture.

My introductory call with DF in March restored belief in the business model and I felt a sense of direction with our long term plan. We discovered in the beginning that the business needed to reduce its expenses to free up cash going forward; Design Facility were extremely helpful in suggesting how we could do this. As Shopify was way too expensive and essentially controlled our website's activities, we made the decision to move to Wordpress/Woocommerce - a decision that is now saving us £500-1000 every month.

The Wordpress site produced exceeded my expectations and after testing any minor tweaks were addressed to promptly. For the cost, functionality and ongoing support, I'd highly recommend using DF for web design.

As we'd been experiencing cash flow issues for some time, the short term goal was to kickstart Google Ads campaigns that perform. Within a month, our ROAS was already 5-7x (compared to 1-2x previously) - this meant we could start scaling and fund vital business operations, including our new website launch.

Above all, the DF team are eager, easy to communicate with and respond quickly (even outside of hours) should I have any questions or concerns. If you are looking for an all-in-one extension of your business, I'd highly recommend Design Facility for all things marketing and design!

We’ve been working with DF for 6 months and really happy with the journey so far. Their “tech” knowledge is far greater than I could have imagined and take care of it all when it comes to digital marketing taking the careful steps to “learn” target audience, shopping journeys etc. Additionally, they are taking care of our design for all our email marketing, PR etc.. they have really captured the essence of the brand which is really important to me as I never want to lose sight of that. We have regular meetings, communication is fantastic with clear goals for everyone which helps everyone stay on track. We’re only scratching the surface of what’s to come and I’m really looking forward to the future!

Design Facility have been great.
They built my website very professionally and it looks and works really well, we’re getting lots of enquiries and I’m really pleased with Reena and the whole team, they help me out straightaway whenever I need it. Thank you so much for all your help with everything, I would recommend them 100% anytime.

We’re made up with the team at Design Facility, they helped us increase the value of our property by creating our website and launching a marketing campaign. We had been working with an Estate Agent for months to fill our office spaces with local companies but it wasn’t yielding any results.

Design Facility helped us create an optimised digital presence with a new website, Google Business Listing, Advertising on Google and Social Media and a number of directories including Gumtree. They launched a targeted email marketing campaign to those within the local area and set up a Facebook page with an exciting launch and created engaging social posts to raise awareness and generate leads for Arden Hall.

Within 7 months, we had received numerous leads and conducted several viewings and had agreements in place with tenants to occupy 99% of the property!

We were very impressed that the great marketing campaign from Design Facility generated so much interest in such a short space and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone to build a digital presence..

Incredibly professional
Great to work with and 100% committed to doing things right! Would definitely recommend the Design Facility team

I am happy to recommend Design Facility to anyone.
