Great experience

Great experience. Prints options are amazing. My order is yet to be delivered but I enjoyed the prints on the website and found some good ones!

B2B no response

I am very disappointed that I didn't get anyone to respond to my order that was emailed on Friday. I had to eventually order it online and pay VAT to get the canvas in on time. We are doing a photoshoot next week and I really wanted this piece to be a central piece for House & Home magazine... But the order was delayed because of no response...

Poor delivery experience and unhelpful customer support

I placed an order with Desenio on 1 December and still haven’t received it. The delivery time they advertise has already passed, yet all I received from customer support was a generic copy-and-paste response telling me to wait up to 30 working days before they can “assist.”

It’s not the delay alone that bothers me, it’s the lack of genuine customer care. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed, and I won’t be ordering again.

Fast replacement of a damaged frame

Update:
The replacement frame has arrived. Everything was well packaged and in perfect condition. I really appreciate your quick response and readiness to resolve the situation.

I do understand that this is a very busy time of the year, but if that is the case, there is no need to lie about the delivery being between 3–5 business days. I had no information whatsoever about the product's whereabouts from November 28th until December 5th, other than that it was dispatched. I have now received the package.
The box was half-opened, soaked through and the protective foil was partially ripped on the frame. These are just details, thankfully, the frame itself is intact, but there is a large, deep scratch in the plexiglass, which was already there before the protective foil was wrapped around the frame. The foil itself is not scratched.
Please, please read the reviews on Desenio's website before deciding to order. I did not, which I now regret. This was €44 in learning money for the future.

The website is good but the payment…

The website is good but the payment portal was faulty and I was only able to use Apple Pay instead of direct payment from my card.

Optimise your phone web browser, its 2025

Took several phones and several different browsers to order a couple of prints. The AI assistant was less than helpful, luckily perseverance paid off, I hope the prints are worth it.

Error in purchase process

Error in purchase process. I was trying to purchase an additional print, so as to be over 65eur to get free shipping. No matter what prints I selected it would keep telling me a print had been purchased by someone else, reduce it down to below 65eur and charge me shipping. I tried with several prints, different combinations, each print I wanted was available but the website is set up to reject the number of prints I wanted to buy. Awful experience. I went ahead and ordered one less print than I wanted but I'm very disappointed. You need to get someone to look at your STP automation.
