I'm very happy so far with the service I've received from Deseinstien. My rep Ben is excellent, he follows up with me almost daily without me having to hunt anyone down, and he is very fun and nice. Other companies will abandon you after payment, this is not at all how I feel working with these folks! The company is affordable, and its service and products exceed my expectations. Will likely continue doing business with them.

We paid £580 for a animation video…
We paid £580 for a animation video which never got completed and lost all the money as they refused to give it back
Their portfolio was also false, they were using other creators work as their own

Regarding your concern about our portfolio, we want to assure you that we do not use other creator's work as our own. However, we do apologize if there was any confusion or misunderstanding regarding our portfolio.
Regarding the refund, please note that our refund policy clearly states that refund requests are subject to our terms and conditions, which include a time limit for submitting refund requests. As you have raised this issue after 11 months of receiving the product, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund at this time.

Initially I started our design journey to help set up our unique business design.
Initially I started our design journey with Adrian but due to unforeseen circumstances Adrian left us. However he and Amanda made sure the transition from one colleague to another run smoothly ending in us getting our unique design. We also received some complementary stationery along the way with the editing all finalised by DesignStein Studios.
Thank you for all you patience & help. It’s been a pleasure. Looking forward to working together again in the future

Quick and efficient process from start to finish!
As soon as I visited the website I was contacted via the online chat. I explained what I needed and everything was organised and paid for through the chat. Then I was contacted within the hour to finalise ideas, receiving the logo files the next day. Highly recommend this service as they provided exactly what we needed in minimal time!

I engaged for a logo design
I engaged for a logo design and the quality and turn around time was pleasing. The design was discussed so that Amanda could understand the brief and delivered a concept image which we discussed some minor tweaks before the final logo was sent through swiftly, and to our satisfaction.
