Never received order. Customer service not willing to make it right.

Package came completely damaged, broken and completely unusable. They refused to offer any kind of refund or exchange even after providing multiple videos and photos showing proof of how the package arrived to us. will never use this website again. Would give zero stars if i could.

Support understood my issue and made quick work of correcting it for me. Thank you.

I would have like to have a pamphlet showing how it can be used while exercising.

Took forever to be mailed from order date and came with box destroyed possibly in mailing. Not sure if this product will work yet.

Horrible, do not order from them. I placed an order 3 weeks ago, still shipping. Tracking number provided is not found in the tracking system. I think this company is a fraud.

Didn’t order let ur customer service said I did they also said I pay it threw my PayPal account I don’t own a PayPal account plus couldn’t cancel the order n much ad it was pitched I got it in n e ways n it well not hold my phone proper wont lock in always lose! Completely unsatisfied!

I placed my order on May 7th, it is now June 5th and still no delivery, all I get is a tracking email that continues to tell me it’s in transit! It originated in Austria, there is no customer support whatsoever, no telephone number so what am I supposed to do? I feel that I got scammed and now I’m out 60.00.

I haven't received the item and the company refuses to understand what I am saying.
Their tracking says that it was delivered on the 1st June
When I contacted them I was told it was on its way still.
Then another tracking link which once again says that it has been delivered. So frustrating. I have asked for a refund

Item received, works well, pleased with the purchase

First, the purchase I made from Descorative was accidental. I sent an email to them as soon as I realized what happened, according to the instructions on their website to cancel a product before it is shipped. This request was sent less than 4 hours after receiving the order confirmation. They ignored my request and instead shipped the item out 2 days later. On top of it, my order summary showed a total of $39.22 but I had $50.99 deducted from my account. This website/company is a scam. I received the product on October 22 and have emailed two different email address to obtain instructions on how to return my product and have yet to receive a response. Started emailing on October 27 to get return details and to date, no response to the two different email addresses. The return window is 14 days after receipt. How convenient for them to ignore me.

Bought a garlic presser from this site. Total piece of garbage. It didn’t cut the garlic at all and the metal bent the first time I used it. They offered 4 dollars compensation. Stay away.

Ordered a product off an add that popped up in my social media. Product shipped to me was not the product in the add. The product they shipped for $60+ can be bought at Walmart for $10. The product they show on their website does not match the product I received. I contacted the company, they offered $5. Now taking this through the payment site for resolution. Bait and switch, would not buy here.

I just received my order after a two-week wait. Though the delivery time wasnt speedy, the products quality made up for it. It was reasonably priced given its functionality. Overall, Im satisfied with this purchase and would consider buying from them again.

Got an impressively designed long-handled cleaning brush. Seems durable and fits well in hand. Packaging was secure, but shipping took a tedious three weeks. Overall, satisfied.

Had to wait three weeks for delivery, which felt a bit long. Design is practical and quality is decent. A more efficient shipping process would definitely improve the experience.
