Ordered a school bag for my son 4 weeks ago without reading reviews first. The bag still hasn’t arrived, the shipment : tracking info does not work. No response from the business email address and no surprise that the telephone number does not work. Clearly a scam company. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I will post over all review sites and socials / groups as it’s hugely frustrating to lose money!

Delivery took forever .. extendable walking stick stays stuck .. do not use this company unhelpful ..everyone has a 14 day return when purchasing online ..i should not have to send 2 photo which they ard trying to postpone the return.

I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering from this company. I too ordered the fly/ mosquito killer. As other customers the item didn't work and although sending full details and video they said as the blue light came on it would work. It just wasn't worth the hassle. They offered a small refund of which I only got part of. The item was only fit for the bin as the fan on it didn't work. A hard way to learn but thank goodness the item didn't cost £100's

Having ordered a 'Fly Killer' on 11th August I tried to cancel having read the reviews on the company. They use Amsterdam as a hub for shipping from China to the UK. ETHAN and I have exchanged a lot of mails regarding a refund as the item I received was not what I ordered. It was a cheap and nasty mosquito killer. We tried it for flies in the day and mosquitos at night and it only caught moths. Ethan asked for a video of the problem which I sent and he has offered me a 10% refund. I have sent the whole load of e mails of to Xi's office in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO.

Don’t use this company. Terrible customer service, item took over 3 weeks to arrive. Sizing was wrong and couldn’t get a refund

Please do not buy anything from these people, they are total scammers. I purchased an external hard drive which was definitely NOT as advertised when I received it. When I asked to return the item and get a refund they advised me it would cost me "£60-£70" to return the item as it would need to be shipped back to China (baring in mind i paid £50 for the item in the first place)
They offered me a partial refund instead as a "gesture of goodwill" - I turned down their oh so generous offer.

My customer service support team member was called "Nathan". He was about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Buy from this company at your own peril!!

Absolutely shocking, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a shirt, website gave a measurement for chest size as 105cm, when it arrived the chest measurement of the shirt was 91cm so way to small.

I emailed them asking for a refund or the shirt in the correct size and it took them 3 weeks to respond saying they would offer me a 10% discount off another purchase.

ordered an external hard drive that was advertised with a capacity in terabytes. When I tried to use it, I was prompted to format the drive. After formatting, the available capacity was only a few megabytes instead of terabytes.
I contacted customer support, and they told me they needed to raise the issue with the manufacturer. After several follow-up emails, I still haven't received a response or a resolution.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I feel misled by the product description and very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Avoid like the plague. There is no returns with this company. I was told keep the shirt I didn’t want and except a 15% refund as the postage would cost me £70to£80to return it to China.

Ordered a hammock that was advertised with poles and sun shield. Didn't get the poles or sun shield. They refused to acknowledge it's differences and had the audacity to say they were the same product. Customer service was slow, had to wait weeks for responses.Do not buy from here from this s

I purchased an England shirt from this site. Took over 2 weeks to arrive because it’s sent from China, however the address shown on the site is not china. £36 for a top probably not worth £10. I have requested a refund - I have been asked to provide them with photos & a brief description about the problems with this top. Oh and a video explaining my reasons also! It’s fake! End of! Don’t purchase from this site, unless you’re happy with being disappointed & having to explain why you want your money back! Wrong size sent too! Rubbish.

This is a scam company avoid at all costs Advertising a fly deterrent The only thing that works is a pretty purple light ! Rubbish won't refund rubbish policy stating it's been used can't return? Avoid avoid avoid !!

Ordered the "Official England Tee Shirt" two weeks later I chased it up having recieved no confirmation email, as it was two games into WC I requested a refund as it was far already too late, their site states 3 day delivery.
Product eventually arrived from CHINA! Absolutely diabolically poor fake worth a £1 at best but I paid £33. They ignore all requests for a refund. This is obviously a "pop-up" scam shop. Its also evident by recent complaints here. I have reported accordingly.
A further word of warning my debit card company although initially withholding payment ultimately paid them as goods were supplied. The scam company made extra effort with Mastercard so unfortunately still exist. Be very wary.

I bought a fly zapper. It was absolutely useless. It didn’t kill a thing. When I told them it didn’t work and asked for my money back they refused saying it would cost too much money to send back to China and offered me 15% refund. Stay well clear of this company. Complete rip off

I placed an order on the 8th ,its now the 21st and no update . Absolute shocking delivery time!!!

Im starting to think It's not going to arrive

Very recently bought an electronic blue light bug catcher from de runners. Before purchasing checked returns policy and saw 30 day returns policy. Well DO NOT!!!! BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolute lies re returns policy if not satisfied with a product. Do the send photos/videos and having to write what is wrong and then still dont offer refund but the...we can offer discount and keep item. If a product isnt satisfactory then it isnt satisfactory and I would want a FULL REFUND then can buy from another source. I am left with a useless..but yes looks nice🙄 item that does not work!!!! Be warned and dont buy the product.
