Terrible product, my Dermave electric shaver was faulty and broke into pieces the minute I took it out of the box.
I emailed the team to report this and request a refund, but they never replied.

I got a 2 in 1 shaver that broke on the second use. I tried to get the money back guarantee but all they did was give me the run around even after agreeing to pay shipping. It’s been 6 months and I’m out my money and no product. The product is terrible anyway.

The trimmer is terrible. Worst I have ever used. I wish I had seen real reviews. I was misled with what I saw online and I wish I hadn't spent money on this. Please do not buy!

This product not only takes six years to get to you because it ships from China, it also breaks within seconds of using. Which would be fine if parts were easy and inexpensive to replace, but no. If something breaks it will take another six years before it arrives to repair it. Don't even think about asking for a refund, they want you to pay for shipping back to China and won't even offer a replacement.

Do not believe the ads of the onlyfans chick's that are trying to sell you a product. Which I am surprised they can use it around their herpes sores. Do not buy this product. It will only disappoint you.

Dermave trimmer would have cost 5c to be made in a factory in China. I paid this company $60. It is cheap rubbish. It doesn't charge properly. The lid at the bottom falls off. The adjustment length comb is oversized at 1 length option. It does not trim to the skin leaving stubble. It cut me in 2 places. Not safe to use. Dealing with this company is useless. They, and their product, are a scam. I am reporting them to Instagram which was where I saw their ad. I have been scammed. This trimmer is going in the bin. And I hope they will be charged with fraud if I have anything to do with it.

Dermave ladies grooming wireless device.. This company has let me down in more than one way. Constant excuses on why they won’t refund or replace their woman’s shaver. I bought their safety shaver (pink) that claims to not nick a woman anywhere, specially those sensitive areas. On the very first time she used it the circular cutting aspect part of the device cut her pretty good taking the skin with it.. now it was down below so she refuses to try it again. Now I didn’t get right on reaching out to the company in fact it was delivered to me on December 20th and I reached out to the company on January 19th approximately 1 week after she used it. She can’ hadn’t used it right away when I bought it. I had asked for my money back do to the cutting and their first response was I was outside their 30 day return so I would get no refund. My next attempt was then to get it replaced as a defective unit. They said they do that but I have to prove it’s defective. They asked for a video of me explaining what’s wrong with it. I responded that I’m not a subject matter expert on their device so I wasn’t going to attempt to describe what was wrong with it other than it cut my wife, so therefore it must be defective. The claim is that it won’t nick or cut you and in fact it nicked my wife sorry. After multiple failed attempts to upload a video to their site because they require such a small video and even my 15 second videos were too big for their website to handle. They kept asking me to attempt to upload it in a way that I wasn’t understanding. I’m an older gentleman and new technology and I are not good friends. Their site claims to have a six month warranty on parts which was responded with “that six months warranty, only comes in the play if you buy the extended warranty” they confirmed I did not purchase any extended warranty and started leaning on me to send videos in the format in which they required. I told them that the video I would be sending is just a basic video of the device.. what did they want me actually showing the device cutting my wife. They offered a 30% refund in a good faith gesture, which I declined because that’s an insult. All I wanted was the item to work as described and if not, then give me all my money back or if not replace the item. But excuse after excuse finally they won I gave up. I said this stress is not worth $45. The amount I paid for it. And it’s partly my fault because I looked for a inexpensive or cheap way to get my wife an item to cut her sensitive areas and that’s just what it did it cut her sensitive areas. People listen to me for items such as this don’t look for the inexpensive way out. There are much better products out there, but yes, cost a little bit more money but One they will do what they’re intended to do and two if you have a problem, you’re not gonna get a bunch of excuses when you try to get your money back or get stuff replaced. I would stay away from Jr companies like this one trying to make their mark in society off of our money selling a product that obviously doesn’t do what ex supposed to do all the time.

Customer service made me record a video to prove that it doesn't work, and then let me know that I would need to pay a shipping fee for a replacement after their finance department sent me an invoice. It's been almost 2 months and they refuse to send me the invoice. When I check in for an update, I receive the same 3 prepackaged responses telling me to check my inbox from time to time. I also told them I was going to dispute the charges because they aren't giving me a solution and they say we are giving you a solution if you pay the shipping fee....

This product is overhyped and does not work as advertised. The Dermave Trimmer only works with dry skin, not also with wet as advertised. I am disappointed in the quality of this product.

This product not only didn’t do what it promised, but after using it a handful of times in less than 2 months it has already stopped working, even after being charged all day. Not to mention the bottom piece was constantly falling off. I inquired twice and received no support. Save your money, don’t buy this scam

I bought this after seeing videos and looking at some reviews in their site. It does shave, but when you are looking for a closer, smooth shave it does not do the job. I tried with shaving cream and then was told to try shaving it dry. It causes irritation when you do it dry and still does not do the job either
In addition the refund policy is a joke. You have to pay to ship it back, to China, making it not worth it. DO NOT BUY IT!!!

Dermave trimmers are cheaply made, overpriced, doesn't do what they claim. The whole thing falls apart when you try to clean it. I've gotten better results from cheap brow trimmers from CVS. Don't buy! They also refuse returns.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This product is terrible, and the company is a scam! Unfortunately, I did make the mistake of buying straight through their site instead of Amazon, so they made my life VERY difficult when I tried to get a refund. Amazon should not support this company and allow them to be on their site. This "razor" (and I assume all of their products) does not do ANYTHING like they say it will. It's all lies, and any good reviews you see are either bots or paid for by the company. It doesn't eliminate hair effectively; you would have to pass over one part of hair about 20 times, and even then I don't think it would ever be smooth. This company tries to act like you can return the product in a 30-day window, but that is a LIE! They first require a video of you using the product, and then they send you a standard pre-written long list of instructions of how to use it like you're the idiot consumer not doing it right. If you still insist on a refund, then they give you all these hoops to jump through to return the product to China (on your dime, mind you), which includes notifying them when you get the delivered notification so they may confirm they received it. Or if you don't want to go to the trouble they will grace you with a 10% refund. Wow... thanks for my $4. This company is just a big criminal empire and every person who works there should be arrested.

I ordered a razor machine. It took a month and when I received it it was not working. It has been now another month and I have not received my money back or a replacement. Its a fraudulent company!

Never buy here. I seldom write a bad review but the oil smells like old ass, not like strawberries. And I used the trimmer once and it fell apart when I cleaned it. I can’t get the parts to stay together, and I’ve spent hours on it.

They will not refund you more than 3% unless you want to pay to ship it to China.

I've tried so many trimmers before, but they either pulled or missed sport. Dermave is different - it feels precise and comfortable to hold. I even told my sister about it after she saw how soft my legs were, lol. Only wish the charging cable was a bit longer, otherwise amazing.

Honestly, I didn't expect much when I ordered the Dermave trimmer, but wow. It glides effortlessly and leaves my skin sooo soft. No irritation at all, even on sensitive areas like my underarms. I even tried it in the shower and it worked perfectly! Highly recommend.

Awful, awful customer service experience. I clicked on an ad late one night on Instagram for the trimmer, which looks identical to their callus remover, and, not knowing the callus remover had been added to my cart, I bought the callus remover on accident (why would clicking on an ad lead you to another product??). When I received the wrong item and contacted customer support, they told me for a $15.98, they would send me a new one (the same price as their "restocking fee"). I thought I was paying a restocking fee for the callus remover. Nope, they had sent me the wrong invoice. When I received a second callus remover in the mail and contacted customer support, they informed me that it was my fault for paying the invoice for the callus remover (again, I thought I was paying the restocking fee) and advised me that they would send me another invoice for a trimmer. Except they didn't. It took them two reminders and 13 days to send me an invoice for the trimmer. Their shipping is also dreadfully slow. So, all in all, I put in my first order on June 28th and received my bad bikini razor on October 1 while also paying an extra total of $31.69 to be shipped the wrong item at a painfully slow rate.
