Its looks like scam I have paid the amount for consultation on last Saturday but till now I heard nothing from this site I am waiting for Dr to diagnose the disease it's getting worse

It was a very quick response. For my skin problem. And has given me some other creams to use. I will need to probaly. Get in touch again soon. Once or if these creams work. I also think a biopsy would be good. But don’t know how to go about this. As I don’t know what else to do if this don’t work ( the creams ). But this is a very good service. And very quick to get back to me. Thank you.Regards tracy

I can’t thank you enough for this service. Getting an appointment at my doctors was a nightmare and my skin was making me feel very down. Your plan and prescription have solved the problem and now I have enough cream and a plan to follow if it comes back. Thank you again, will recommend to all!

The advice given was as good as I could have hoped. The doctor created a thorough report with a recommendation that felt really personal to my specific issue. I picked up a prescription within an hour of receiving it via email. Thanks so much. Still got to see if it works, but for now it has helped relieve my symptoms.

Irritating itchy skin tags.
After filling in a form and describing my symptoms with a photo attached. The doctor gave me a full description of my condition and the treatment I would need. Quick efficient and professional. Almost like a visit to a doctor who has time to listen and treat with no NHS restrictions.

Much needed HELP
The Information advertising the service was clear.
The report was delivered as agreed on time and was fully informative and really helpful.
The options for private prescription was uncomplicated- never having used this before , I worried it would be a convaluted process which it was not.

A waste of £75
A waste of £75. To be told that this dermatologist can't do a small removal of a very old cyst scar. I was informed I need to see a plastic surgeon!!
Be aware of this before you waste your money.

Great service
Like many would be, I was skeptical at first but reading into waiting times elsewhere this seemed like an option to try. I recieved my very detailed report quickly and the creams prescribed have had a great effect. However even beyond that, there was lots of helpful information on how to manage the condition and improve skin health in general.
To anyone on the fence like I was, I can't recommend Dr Ashworth enough.

Paid for the express service and received my consultation documentation within a few hours.
The report was incredibly thorough and explained the diagnosis and treatment options.
Picked up the prescription items today - first application of cream already applied, less than 24 hours after I submitted the information.

I am afraid we do not have your name on record so I cannot trace the problem you refer to - however, I can make a general comment. There are no delayed or outstanding records on our system. All our reports are fully uploaded and I am not aware of a delayed set of reports.
You are aware of course that you must login yourself into your own private portal which is password protected for you to access your report? Reports are not emailed out direct to email addresses which might be correct or incorrect – our reports are loaded into your own portal and you have to access these securely yourself – some patients incorrectly sit and await an email report sent out to them and do not login to gain access – please let us know if we can be of any further assistance – Best regards
