Very Disappointing Service * Time Wasted * Unprofessional
I wanted to become a customer of this company and purchase their products, but my experience was disappointing from the very beginning.
On 01/06/2026, I created an account on their website and started preparing an order. As some products had to be ordered through customer services, I contacted the company using the telephone number provided on their website.
On the same day, I spoke with an operator who informed me that certain products, such as the perimeter edging profile, could only be purchased in packs of 10. I was then transferred to another operator and provided all the necessary details. I also sent an email requesting a quotation and pricing information.
On 02/06/2026, having received no reply, I called again. The experience was extremely frustrating. I was placed on hold several times, asked the same questions repeatedly, and still did not receive the information I needed. After wasting a considerable amount of time, I ended the call without any clear answers.
On 03/06/2026, I contacted the company for a final time, hoping the matter could be resolved. I was then told that my order was too small and that a response had already been sent to my email, which was simply not true as I had received nothing.
What makes this even more disappointing is that this was only the first stage of a project of approximately 100 square metres. My intention was to order materials in stages because I do not have sufficient storage space for the entire quantity at once, and I wanted to see how the company operated before placing a much larger order.
After three days of phone calls, being passed between staff, repeated delays, and an email that went unanswered, I was still unable to obtain the information required to place an order.
Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated poor communication, a lack of professionalism, and little interest in helping a genuine potential customer. As a result, I decided not to proceed with this company.
