The folks at Denver Outfitters, especially Costa Skodras, have been phenomenal to work with! Their rod vault product is amazing and truly allows more time on the water!! I have not had any problems with their product, and just recently purchased a 4 rod vault for our new vehicle! Thanks Denver Outfitters!!!

I had read an alarming number of less than complementary reviews about Denver Outfitters, not about their products but about their customer service and ability to deliver on products sold and promises made as a result I was very hesitant to order a rod vault from them. In the end I decided to call and talk with them personally, I'm glad I did the rod vault I purchased from them is top quality and my buying experience was VERY positive. Thank you Denver Outfitters!!!

Recently purchased the "vault." Excellent product in both design and quality of materials...no lite gauge aluminum here. What was equally impressive is the company's customer service. The reel case was damaged in shipping --took a picture and Dever Outfitters sent a replacement no questions asked with days..Highly recommend the product and company.

Great product, very happy with the functionality and ease of install. the only reason i didn't give it the 5 star rating is due to the plastic footing used to anchor the rod holder to the roof rack. Unsure of the longevity of the plastic footings and would have liked to see a different material used. Time will tell. All in all, great product and i would recommend it to everyone!

Very well made. Much better than I was expecting. The only future improvement I would make is to have a locking quick release so you can take it off when not using for an extended period or when I want to take my Jeep through a car wash.

The product is great. The customer service is terrible. Had to wait almost 7 months to get my order filled. Gave me the run around about getting a refund. Kept promising delivery and never got it. Finally just forgot about and it showed up. 7 months after I ordered it. Ordered some parts for it the other day and that went pretty smoothly. They even credited my shipping correctly like they said they would. Might have it finally dialed in. The first experience was so bad that I have a hard time trusting them now.

My son has been wanting a rod rack for a few years and this was the Christmas to get him one. I ordered it and was here in a few days. It was easy to put on his 4runner and he loves having his rods ready to go when he gets to the river. I ordered some swag at the last minute and Denver Outfitters promised to get it to me in time for Christmas and it was here. A great experience....I would totally recommend Denver Outfitters!

People in the shop went out of their way to help me including putting the rod vault back on my vehicle.

Great idea lousy execution. I dumped my rod Vault after 8 months. Broke one tip, one rod section got stuck inside the tube, broke my luggage rack

Outstanding products and service... The best!

horrible experience. 6+ month shipping time, rude customer service. Then, poor construction, two parts broke on the rack, no instructions included in deliver.

Buy a River Quiver and save yourself a lot of headache. Better product. Sturdier mounting. Cheaper.
