Great customer service!
I needed parts for my Rod Vault due to accidentally driving into the garage door! The folks in the shop were very helpful and sent the parts via overnight so that I could fix the problem and leave on a fishing trip. Great customer service.

I had seen this product while fly fishing in Colorado, was very impressed. Met with the owner at Fly Fishing Show in Lynnwood Washington, and ended up buying one of their 2 rod models. I have to say, I have been nothing but impressed!! Their customer service has been excellent, product quality has been impressive, extremely glad I bought it!! Several fly fishing buddies have decided they are going to get one after seeing mine. Good company to deal with!!

I am extremely impressed with the vault, but as important, is my experience with Denver Outfitters customer service. Originally, UPS damaged my vault during the shipping process. The team at Denver Outfitters responded very quickly and sent a new vault before we even worried about how to get the damaged one back. They took care of me as if I was the only customer they had, which is invaluable in this industry. The investment in a Rod Vault is one you will not regret, and you can rest assured the product is backed by tremendous customer service.
