The staff were great and very friendly, my procedure involve the implants,extractions, and temporary dentures until the next trip back which is not decided.

Warning to all people going to Dentzz in Mumbai. My experience was appalling as I didn't want to do what they wanted. I spoke to DENTZZ before leaving Australia. My work was to be 4 implants plus 1 filling. They took out extra teeth without discussing with me. The price in Australia turned out to be double the price plus I had to return for finalising my treatment. I'm finishing my work in Australia as I got very sick after my 1st appointment.

I’m writing this review over a year after a distressing experience with my dental treatment at Dentzz. Unfortunately, my journey has been a nightmare. I initially sought treatment here due to a broken front tooth crown right before my holiday in Dubai, thinking this clinic would provide the solution I needed.

At first, I had a pleasant experience. The manager was attentive and welcoming, making me feel cared for until I chose a treatment option that differed from her more expensive recommendation. From that moment, I felt her interest wane. I was subjected to multiple unnecessary visits, which I initially thought were part of a caring approach. It soon became clear that the clinic was more focused on upselling expensive treatments than on my actual care.

On the day of my surgery, I met with the surgeon, who was far from pleasant. After a traumatic experience where he drilled into my bone, he informed me that he didn’t have the proper equipment to complete the procedure. I was left in a difficult position, after choosing to do my treatment while Im on holiday in Dubai. only to be told I would need to return in 3 to 4 months.

To make matters worse, after the surgery, I was sent away without a front tooth and with minimal explanation about what had transpired. The initial care I received seemed to vanish as soon as I opted for a more straightforward treatment plan.

Once I returned to the UK, I visited a dentist in London for a second opinion. After X-rays and scans, it was confirmed that my sinus had been drilled into during the procedure in Dubai, which made any further work on my tooth extremely risky for at least four months. I also discovered that I required bone grafting and gum grafting.

Now, a year later, I am still dealing with the repercussions of this experience. Not only has this surgery cost me a significant amount of money, but it has also wasted precious time during my holiday and created ongoing dental issues that I’m now managing in the UK.

I truly hope no one else has to endure the same treatment I did at Dentz. Please be cautious and do thorough research before committing to any dental work here

My experience at Dentzz has been first class. Painless treatment and wonderful staff.

I came in search of a major implant work from the U.S where it can be very costly. Finally after intense search and several phone calls, Dentzz turned out to be the best in all categories. Highly qualified and caring Doctors and support staff. Extremely transparent on the cost of each phase of the treatment. My experience with Dentzz has been life altering and cannot stress the importance having the most qualified doctors performing this major work.
Dentzz performed a phenomenal professional work with major implant surgery with the final results with dental replacement that looks very close to original teeth. Extremely pleased with all of the Doctors and support staff. Thank you

If I could less than 1 star ! Follow up on my previous negative review of Dentzz, now had the implants they installed in October 23 in Mumbai- tested with specialist in Australia. Tests found implants put in so CROOKED that they have to be removed and bone density treatment done and start again! Others now contacting me with similar bad experiences. ABC and Channel 10, Australia, now aired severe problems ex patients have had with Dentzz. The Dental Council India has been advised. Hope they do something about Dentzz!

I needed major dental work following years of smoking and damage going unrepaired due to a major dental phobia that I had. Given the high price of dental work in Australia I decided to search for overseas options and searched dental practices in Southeast Asia and the Subcontinent and carefully read each review. After finding Dentzz Dental in Mumbai and watching a number of online videos of their services I contacted Dentzz to followup and subsequently made the decision to travel there for consultation and treatment.
Given that I am a Registered Nurse with significant knowledge in clinical services I was impressed with the service and treatment that I received - Dentzz do not rely on X-Rays of patient mouths but take Scans which clearly shows any issue - No poking around one's mouth with a mirror and pick either.
The scan revealed that I needed most of my teeth upper and lower removed and replaced with implants and crowns - I was subsequently provided with pricing options during a consult with one of their Senior Dental Specialists and chose a mid-range pricing option - Interesting that the enamel had worn off my bottom teeth but Dentzz refused to remove them as the teeth were in good shape otherwise so they were crowned as part of the overall process - I was also swayed by the fact that at the time I researched Dentzz Mumbai some of their Dentists had been trained at Melbourne University.
I had all of my teeth removed in early 2023 with implants and crowns applied to my bottom teeth but due to my age, Scans noted that bone in my sinus cavity was reduced to a low level which excluded implants at the time - Solution was for bone grafting which occurred and some months later in 2023 I returned for the work of implants and crowns to be completed for my upper teeth.
I can absolutely state that I experienced almost no pain at any time during and post-surgery and that the service I received was world class - The staff were wonderful, supportive and assistive.
I highly recommend Dentzz Dental in Mumbai to anyone requiring major dental work and would happily travel back there if I require any additional work on my five remaining lower teeth.

They reel you with with a low quote only to triple it once you are there. Then perform shoddy work that will cost you a lot more to fix in your country of origin. I suspect they are scammers

My mum went here after looking online. She is 64 and read some reviews online as a woman of her age would. She then booked her flight and wanted a killer smile. She arrived, was upsold (remember she is 64 and a little vulnerable) and told on the last day she would have to come back to complete her whole row of bottom teeth. She cried for two days and broke down and came home. She was groomed from day one and manipulated and I am furious, hence this review. This guys took advantage, as if a 64 year old should come back to a "one stop shop for teeth" no, how dare you. My mum has no lower teeth, a smaller bank balance and can't chew. Thanks Dentzz.

DO NOT GO TO DENTZZ DENTAL!!!!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU WHATEVER THEY NEED TO TO GET YOU THERE AND THEY ARE THE FRIENDLIEST & KINDEST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET......UNTIL THERE ARE PROBLEMS. THE PRICES THEY GIVE ARE FOR THE CHEAPEST WORK POSSIBLE. WHEN YOU GET THERE THEY GIVE ANOTHER PRICE.
IN MY CASE, ALMOST DOUBLE. THEY SAY THE WORK IS GUARANTEED AND THEY WILL PAY YOUR EXPENSES IF YOU HAVE TO COME BACK. WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS THEY PAY HOTEL ONLY, NO FLIGHT, NO VISA AND NO FOOD EXPENSES. I HAD FULL MOUTH CROWNS AND BRIDGES. FOUR OF MY CROWNS AND TWO BRIDGES HAVE GAPS AND DO NOT MEET THE GUM LINE SO IT'S A CONSTANT BATTLE. SINCE HAVING ALL THIS DONE, MY BACK TOP GUMS ARE SWOLLEN AND BLEED EVERY TIME I BRUSH, FLOSS AND WATER FLOSS. MY FRONT TEETH HAVE RIDGES IN THEM. THE TOP TEETH WERE NOT SMOOTHED CORRECTLY SO IT FEELS LIKE CANDY STUCK TO MY TEETH AND MY TEETH LOOK MORE GREEN THAN WHITE. THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND! THEY GET YOU AS SOON AS YOU COME OUT TO GIVE A REVIEW. AT THAT TIME, YOU THINK EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL. TRUST ME, NOTHING ABOUT THIS HAS BEEN WONDERFUL! After finding out I had major issues with my teeth and gums I decided to come to Dentzz clinic. I had already been to Dentzz in Dubai so I knew the work was going to be amazing, and needless to say the the end result looking amazing. It wasn’t the most pleasant of experiences but here at Dentzz they made it a priority to make sure I felt comfortable and wasn’t in any pain. They treated me so well and were so patient with me. I can not recommend this place enough. The specialist are amazing and the staff very understanding and polite. Great prices too.

Dr.Anoushka the prosthodontist, has been amazing during the entire process of producing my temporary dentures. She and the other Dentzz personnel have gone out of their way to have me processed due to the condensed time since I arrived and extra work that became apparent once the initial scan was completed. I cannot fault the patient care I have received throughout the entire process.
