Quality of products is outstanding and if anything isn't the customer service is swift and efficient in solving the issue, including reimbursement if needed.

Friendly and helpful staff answered my questions which resulted in my placing an order. Received quickly and am very happy with appearance and quality of Men's Handsewn Three-Point Cashmere-Lined Deerskin Leather Gloves with Cashmere Cuffs. Lovely experience dealing with traditional British company.

Ordered a couple of pair of gloves before Christmas and one of the gift boxes didn't arrive.

Wasn't thrilled and just sending out another box wasn't suitable for my situation.

It did take some doing and I had to very clearly express my dissatisfaction and raise a complaint but have to credit Dents as they did go above and beyond to resolve this.

I returned my original purchases and all costs were refunded. I was also offered a discount code, which I used to treat myself to a pair of fur lined leather gloves.

The gloves were outstanding (and came with the gift box this time!) and I was very happy to leave a 5 star review after the effort made to resolve my complaint.

I ordered a pair of Dents' fine quality gloves on a Friday afternoon, and was advised when they were going to arrive (next-day delivery). Unfortunately, the DPD delivery driver could not deliver them on time as he 'didn't have enough information', although my full, correct address was indeed on the packaging. As Dents are not open on weekends, I was not able to complain. However, the gloves arrived early on the Monday morning (very nicely packaged). Nobody else makes gloves of this quality. I cannot recommend this firm enough.

Recently purchased a pair of Windsor leather gloves from dents, they are of a very exceptional quality , although expensive they will stand the test of time and will keep my hands warm and look stunning for years to come, if your looking for a pair of leather gloves I urge you to try dents you won’t be disappointed

I have had to edit my review to 1 star because i just returned a pair of gloves and was expecting a £3 deduction for the restocking fee but they have taken £8.95!!! I can’t believe this, what a bunch of cheats. I will be submitting a formal complaint.

The belt looks great, it's a nice colour and has a sturdy buckle. The sturdiness is not reflected in the belt itself. Within 8 weeks of daily use, the belt itself began to split. It's not a cheap product, so you're better off getting one that lasts longer.

I purchased dents gloves through Mr Porter and they arrived with a missing stitch. Mr Porter said it was wear and tear (hadn't been used) and refused to help. Dents sent gloves to me immediately when they heard. No questions. Have already bought from them again and they have earned a repeat customer.

Please avoid this company!
I made an order via Dutch web site of Dents. Paid VAT and expensive DHL delivery. Two weeks later I got a bill of 1/3 of my order to paid to DHL because of “extra tax & import duties”. Amount did not correspond to my order, so I thought it was a fishing message. After two more weeks DHL sent “my case” to incasso bureau.
It was no precaution on Dents web site that I have to pay extra!
Moreover the gloves I ordered are already torn after a month of wear and I am not able to send them back.

Currently waiting on a pair of gloves ordered 23 January 2023. I understand the delivery times on the website however I have received no delivery updates at all. I cannot believe I was charged £5.95 shipping cost and cannot even locate and information in regards to delivery. I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot prior to ordering.

I ordered a pair of gloves and paid 8£ for next day delivery, they sent the order on time but DHL did not deliver on time. they went to the wrong address without trying to call me they just put attempted delivery. I had waited for them all day so I wrote an email to dents to complain and they did reply very quickly, they refunded my delivery cost and got DHL to deliver me the next day so I appreciate the customer service. The gloves are also very good quality, well made so I am very happy with the product too!

I ordered a pair of gloves for my son on December 6, I never received my order. Customer service does not respond to my emails. I feel cheated by this site.

Ordered a pair of Wool Lined Quilted Gloves. Ordering process was way and communication/tracking information very good - delivery made within the anticipated time.

The gloves are gorgeous; made from a stretchy leather and very warm.

Highly recommended.

I ordered a pair of gloves that said it would take 10 days to arrive (because of the sales), and only the shipping cost €10. I bought it on the 28th of November, it's the 17th of December and still got nothing. This delay is unacceptable, even in during festivities. It's still on the exact same place since 8th December, and it only left their warehouse 8 working days after the purchase.
Unfortunetly, it's a gift, and now I have to buy a new one on the last days before Christmas due do their delay, and they take 0% responsibility saying "We do apologise for the inconvenience ". Well, thanks a lot.

I purchased camel cashmere gloves with a suede palmed-lining. Sounds luxurious, doesn't it? Unfortunately, this company produces nothing resembling what is featured on line. I got a cheaply made, shoddy knockoff of a cashmere/suede glove, that I would expect to find at a discount dollar store. This has pretty much been a disaster from the moment I ordered. They charged me in the wrong currency. Took a fair bit of communication to get that straight. To be fair, they issued a refund for the shipping. Then the gloves arrived, looking absolutely nothing like the gorgeous gloves featured and pictured on their site. The color, camel, was in fact a very light and unseemly beige; the suede lining, cheap and thin. I am a connoisseur of design and fashion. These do not measure up to even what the cheapest of stores would put out. I reached out to customer service. Sarah told me that in fact they had sent me the right gloves, and perhaps there was an issue with the resolution on my computer. Five different devices show exactly the same thing: I did not get the gloves I ordered! I am attaching pictures so you can see for yourself. They're now telling me to return the gloves, refusing to pay for return shipping back to London.

Customer Service were quick to respond to email query and very helpful. Product exceeded expectations (Mens Wells Nubuck).

Placed order on 1 October with assurance that “With UK Standard Delivery we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days”. 5 working days later and when I contacted I was told: you should have asked for expedited shipping!
Not surprised given feedback and lack of response to the complaints raised on trustpilot.
A company relying on its reputation alone and not interested at all in the customer.

Bought 2 belts one of which is woven/plaited. Worn twice now badly twisted, really disappointed as the last woven/plaited belt lasted in excess of 15 years! Customer service asked for a picture - duly sent - advised to send belt in as the damage looks to be due to wear!! Have asked us to return it for their inspection. I’m not holding my breath. Going to have a look at Dunhills.

Worst, most offensive customer service ever!

In December 2021 I ordered a pair each of knitted gloves and sheepskin mittens but when they arrived I found a tiny label hidden inside the gloves saying ‘Made in China’. I saw nothing on their web page to denote this.

As Dents promotes itself as a traditional British company with a royal warrant I found this totally misleading because they should be made in this country by British workers.

In spite of having ordered the right size, it was impossible to insert my hand in the mittens as they were far too small so I immediately packed both pairs and returned them for a refund.

Dents refunded for the gloves but refused a refund for the mittens saying I had returned them in a contaminated condition covered in white debris and stains. That was completely untrue as I had a witness to prove I had packed them in perfect condition immediately after receiving them.

Dents then sent me a photograph of a completely different pair of mittens which were stained and covered in white debris but these were not the ones which I had returned. They then offered me a half refund as a so-called goodwill gesture.

I was so insulted that I planned to use the small claims court procedure but, before doing so, I consulted the Citizens Advice Bureau who were excellent and supplied me with a pro forma letter of complaint which I sent to Dents.

Finally, after 37 emails over 11 weeks, I received a full refund.

For this company to call me a liar when I had a witness to prove that the items were returned in perfect condition is appalling.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never again with Dents.

Some of the buttons on my recently purchased Dent gloves fell off and the stitching elsewhere is undoing.
I tried contacting Customer Services just to get some replacement buttons, but they wouldn't deal with me and told me I had to go back to the store where I had purchased my gloves. That's pointless, as they are not going to be able to provide new buttons.
What's happened to Customer Service? I am so disappointed as I had specifically bought Dent gloves so I could support a UK company and also get aftersales service.
