I recently had the most transformative experience at DentOrdu, where I underwent dental implants and full maxillofacial surgery.

As someone who has feared dental work for as long as I can remember, I never thought I’d feel so genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported in a dental clinic. A former client recommended DentOrdu, and I am forever grateful—they’ve truly given me my smile and confidence back.

From the moment I walked in, every single member of the DentOrdu team made me feel like family. They greeted me with warmth and reassured me with kindness, as though my comfort and peace of mind were their highest priorities.

Tulay, our coordinator, deserves the highest praise. She was simply extraordinary. Tulay took care of every detail, from arranging our hotel and transportation to thoughtfully organizing family-friendly activities. And my endless questions? She answered every single one, always with patience and kindness. Even after my procedure, Tulay continued to check on me, making sure I was healing well and feeling supported. Her level of care was beyond anything I expected.

The professionalism of the entire team is unmatched. I was sedated during the surgery, which allowed me to let go of my fears and feel no pain. The aftercare was exceptional—far beyond my expectations. They followed up consistently and listened to every concern I had, treating me with such patience and understanding that I felt not only like a valued client but truly cared for.

Now, I finally have a smile that I’m proud of, and the fear I once had of dental work is gone. DentOrdu has changed my life, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. If anyone is hesitant about dental work in Turkey, please don’t be.

I went to dentordu in izmir on the 16th of October, I was a little bit nervous and anxious as anyone would be... there was absolutely no need... the chauffeur driven limousine to the hotel, and to each and every appointment there and back, I had nothing to worry about... we designed my smile based on my original teeth, just straight and white... my coordinator Ayla met me at the clinic, text me everyday to see if I needed anything even food lol ... and was absolutely amazing ...my dentist Dt Tugba was a perfectionist and literally made me feel at ease she was amazing also... I met the owners...the staff which by the way become friends... if you are thinking of going to Turkey... please go here...you will not be disappointed... my sister and friend are going in march... I recommend it that highly

What a wonderful and pain free experience, I had two visits one week in march and another week in September, nine teeth out and 6 implants first visit and then teeth shaved at front and then crowned with the implants. Totally pain free throughout the process the staff was absolutely great and full of knowledge I would highly recommend Dentordu. It’s just taking the step and going to get it down is nerve wrecking but it’s completely fine. Thanks for the new smile I have

To date I have had the first procedure and had my implants (12 of as I having a full mouth 6 on 6) inserted into my mouth after having all my remaining teeth removed, though I was expecting pain, there was none and after the first 24 hours my mouth was clean, after a month and with my stitches gone I was able to use my dentures supplied everyday, it has now been a healing process and at 71 I have given myself a little longer and I am now booked in to return in November 2024 to have my new teeth installed and as a present to my wife as my experience was so good I am taking her back to have some single implants to replace a few missing teeth, I have been well looked after and especially by the Agent in the UK to arranged everything so brilliant all round.

I have just returned from my second visit to DentOrdu - first visiting them in early June.
I have returned to the UK with the most amazing (full) set of dental implants which far, FAR, exceeded my expectations.
I got EXACTLY what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier.
There are far too many people at DentOrdu to mention by name - they were all wonderful. That said, my Co-Ordinator, a young lady by the name of Serap went over and above her duties in making my experience the absolute pleasure that it was. Also a special mention to Nisa who made sure everything was perfect for me throughout my treatment - made me feel at ease the whole time I was there. Nothing was too much trouble for Serap and Nisa - and the same applies to the entire team at DentOrdu who are a credit to themselves, their industry - and, indeed, their wonderful Country.

When I arrived at Izmir the transfer was easy to find waiting with name on board then we went straight to hotel as it was late got checked in the next day got picked up for dentist and the dentist was so clean and hygiene was top tier the staff was friendly and welcoming had translators to help with communication I got put to sleep woke up did feel wobbly an sick that straight away got some where for me to lye down gave me all the care I needed within an hour I was out of the dentist back at hotel the hole experience has been great so far would recommend anyone needing to get any dental work

Die Klinik würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Besonders in Hamiyets Händen, der deutschen Koordinatorin, habe ich mich super wohl gefühlt. Der Service ob vom Fahrer oder in der Klinik ist sehr angenehm und man wird immer gut aufgeklärt.

Wie gesagt, besonderes Dank an Hamiyet, an die ich mich immer wenden konnte, egal wie viel Uhr es war. Sie war die beste Unterstützung, die man sich hätte vorstellen können.

Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall kein Hotel, was man sich buchen würde, wenn man Urlaub machen würde, trotzdem war es befriedigend zum schlafen und für das Frühstück.

Danke, dass ich endlich das Lächeln haben kann, wovon ich schon lange geträumt habe und ihr habt es mir erfüllt!

I have just had 28 crowns done and the dental treatment and the team have been absolutely fantastic from arriving to the finish. I would also like to give a special thank you to Dr. Meltem MORAL for the dental work it is fantastic and the patience she has is amazing. I would also like to thank Serap and her colleague for there help advice and making us feel very relaxed and finally Eray for the communication and help in the UK. The whole experience has been wonderful and would highly recommend these to everyone I know. I have seen others come back from other places with unhappy work done so 100% go with these guys. Everyone is so friendly and the staff keep you informed over the whole procedure. They are so patient and the attention to detail is second to none. More than satisfied with the final outcome. Would definitely recommend to anyone to come to Dentordu for their dental treatment.

Amazing experience!
The whole experience at the DentOrdu clinic was above my expectations. I had all my crowns fitted perfectly, exactly the way I wanted(colour and shape). The staff were friendly and supportive, from Aylaa who was the first point of contact who arranged everything for us, to the Serap and Kalin (really sweet and positive person, always answering all of my questions), the dentists and surgeon are professionals who will always treat you with care. Thank you to the coffee Lady and Mr driver who are the most amazing and positive people! I would 100% recommend this experience, especially if you go for implants and full crowns plan!

I took a chance with this company as I didn’t do that much research. But after talking on WhatsApp with their advisor, Eray, straight away they were giving me all the information I needed about the treatment, what to expect, before/after pictures, and of course the price.

With the quality of the crowns and pictures, plus the hotel and transport being included, the overall price was the best I was quoted from other competitors. That in addition to customer service made me just “go for it” and book my flights.

After being picked up for the airport and checking in at the 4-star hotel, I started my treatments the morning after.

The dental clinic was really clean and I had Serap, who was my patient support advisor, to keep me company every step of the way.

Surprisingly, it was 3 days until I realised I still hadn’t paid anything, which they still hadn’t asked for. I thought this was quite nice and representative of the comforting experience. I eventually volunteered to pay before they even brought it up. This was a memorable cultural experience of the trip.

Overall, Serap was always in touch in-person at the dentist every day, and over WhatsApp in the evening. She was always checking in to see how I was, if I needed anything, answering any of my questions and just made the whole experience super friendly as if I was already her/their close friend. This was just what I needed as I was in a foreign country getting a really intense dental treatment, but they really didn’t make feel like that.

I feel super lucky to have chosen this company as I’ve heard some different experiences doing these things at Turkey. But everything went so smoothly, and finally the teeth - the end result - was honestly perfect.

I got 28 crowns done, and they look surprisingly natural and a similar shape to my previous teeth, just whiter, straighter and more symmetrical. My dentist was Meltem Moral and she was such a skilled professional, and got so much work done in each day so it was all a super expedited process.

(When I arrived at the dentist, my waiting times were never more than 10 minutes. I don’t know how they do this as they were ready for me each time before I finished my coffee.)

Meltem worked with 2 other dental technicians who also checked in with me. They have a design laboratory across the road, and even let me give some aesthetic-related feedback before fitting the teeth permanently. When I saw the first version of the teeth fitted, I literally asked them to make them a little less “natural” and more “Hollywood”, even making my canine teeth a bit sharper.

I was a bit worried about my feedback but the day after they showed the new teeth and they were honestly so perfect. Once they were in they fit my mouth so well and look so elegant and understated.

I chose the 3rd whitest option so they’re still super white, but there are also more natural slightly yellower options.

Overall, if you’re worried about teeth not looking natural, or not knowing what’s going to happen or being taken care of, your worries will all disappear after your first day here.

It has been nothing but a great big success for me, I’m 29 years old and even am thinking why didn’t I do this earlier. I’m writing this review because I’m so grateful that I got to do this.

The same treatment would have cost me £28,000 in the UK, and I got the same quality - if not better, for around a tenth of that price - hotel and transport included.

If you’re thinking about making that next step please look no further. These guys are the real deal and it was a pleasure to be their customer. They also gave me a “lifetime” warranty card for *at least* 10 years so also sorted for the future.

Choose Dentordu !!! I have received excellent care from start to finish. We were met at the airport by the driver and taken straight to the dentist for my treatment to begin. Serap and Kalin, you are fantastic, the support you have provided has been amazing. Also my dentist Meltem who took great care of me and gave me my new teeth you are brilliant at what you do.
I had the zirconium crowns and treatment was completed within 5 days, the hotel is clean and staff really nice. Also big thank you to the driver who collected us everyday and also to the kind ladies who made our coffee. Thank you

All the way from London to the dentordu oral and dental health center in Izmir in Turkey to fix my teeth. It was a nice experience, the staff are very friendly and helpful. A big big thank you to Ayla Akalin (sales and coordinator) for arranging everything (hotel, transportation and booking the appointment) for being professional, kind person, patient to answer to all my questions. I would recommend the DentOrdu clinic for sure. I would suggest to go Sunday and leave Sunday (7 days) so you can have enough time and not being rushed.

Well Ave been talking to so many dentist in turkey and Ave never felt comfortable when speaking to them but dentordu for some reason I felt so comfortable and confident when I was speaking to goken. I hope I spelt his name right. The brother made feel so comfortable that I just thought what the he'll ill book it. So went booked flights ✈️ and went. Wooow what an experience I had. I took my son with me. The hotel the dentist stuff amazing very humble and very lovely people. Honestly change my smile around saved me money to.
