Mein Weg ist nun nach dem geplanten 3. Besuch bei Dentasay erfolgreich beendet. Dentasay hat mir hoch professionell und jederzeit freundlich und höchst kompetent ein Lächeln gezaubert, daß ich so noch nie hatte.
Beim ersten Beratungsgespräch in Frankfurt fühlte ich mich schon verstanden und gut aufgehoben, was maßgeblich dem Engagement meiner Dolmetscherin, Evin, geschuldet ist. Bei jedem meiner insgesamt drei Besuche war sie vor, während und nach der Behandlung immer erreichbar und reagierte stets kurzfristig. Auch mein Zahnarzt, Ceyhun Erturk, war absolut kompetent und freundlich. Der beste Zahnarzt, den ich bisher kennenlernte. Vom Empfang, über die Röntgenabteilung, ärztliche Behandlung, Zahntechnik und meine Übersetzerin, kann ich nur großes Lob aussprechen. Jederzeit würde ich diesen Weg wieder gehen und kann jedem mit Zahnproblemen die Klinik "Dentasay" nur empfehlen.

From the very first moment, I was surrounded by incredible kindness and care – I felt more like I was among friends than in a medical clinic. My fear of the dentist simply disappeared there… the atmosphere is so warm and calming that you can truly relax. Every little detail was taken care of – I was even treated to a delicious meal, and when I felt tired, I could rest in a special room with a bed and take a nap. It’s something I never expected and it made such a huge impression on me.

Ich war am 23.03.2026 in der Dentasay Zahnklinik in Istanbul und möchte meine Erfahrung teilen. Als jemand, der große Angst vor Zahnarztbesuchen hat, fiel mir dieser Schritt alles andere als leicht. Umso dankbarer bin ich für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Nuray, die mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr einfühlsam begleitet hat. Sie hat mir viel Sicherheit gegeben und mir geholfen, meine Angst besser zu bewältigen. Das gesamte Team war durchweg freundlich, geduldig und professionell, sodass ich mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe.
Die Verständigung auf Türkisch bzw. Englisch kann jedoch ein kleiner Nachteil sein – ohne Unterstützung hätte es für mich wahrscheinlich nicht so gut funktioniert.
Ich werde im Juli erneut in die Klinik reisen, um meinen Zahnersatz machen zu lassen, und gehe diesem Termin jetzt deutlich entspannter entgegen.
Insgesamt kann ich die Dentasay Zahnklinik aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung empfehlen.

Nici nu știu cum sa încep!!!???Experienta cu Dentasay s-a ridicat peste nivelul așteptărilor mele,incepand de la relaționarea cu clientii-Beatrice-numarul 1,confortul oferit pe timpul consultatiilor,aparatura super performanta,personal super-mega amabil si incheind cu cazarea top.Deci,din partea mea clinica Dentasay primește nota 11 pe o scara de la 1 la 10.Succes in continuare!!!

Recomand cu toată încrederea echipa Dentasay pentru oricine își dorește o schimbare majoră și un tratament stomatologic la cele mai înalte standarde. Experiența mea a fost una de excepție, parcurgând etape clare și sigure:
Povestea mea a început cu un consult inițial la Dentasay filiala Constanța, unde am întâlnit-o pe Dr. Musa Melek, un doctor tânăr, implicat și empatic, cu care am avut chimie, din prima. Indicațiile primite au fost absolut necesare și prezentate cu atâta claritate și profesionalism, încât m-au convins pe loc să fac această schimbare importantă pentru sănătatea mea.
În septembrie 2025, am trecut prin prima intervenție majoră: inserarea a 4 implanturi și eliminarea tuturor factorilor de risc. Această etapă a fost coordonată de Dr. Musa Hoca, a cărui expertiză mi-a oferit siguranța că sunt pe mâini excelente, intervenția decurgând fără cusur.
Etapa finală, coroanele de zirconiu, este cea care mi-a redat zâmbetul și nu cred că puteam nimeri doctor mai bun decât doctor Celine. Atenția la detalii în procesul de pregătire a dinților și precizia în executarea coroanelor de zirconiu au fost impresionante. Rezultatul este unul extrem de natural și estetic.
Nu vreau să uit să o menționez pe Beatrice, traducătoarea echipei. Datorită ei, comunicarea a fost perfectă în fiecare moment, asigurându-se că înțeleg fiecare pas medical și că mă simt confortabil.
Sunt absolut încântată de rezultat și de colaborarea cu această echipă profesionistă, caldă și dedicată pacienților! Mulțumesc, Dentasay!

One of the best things happened to me, I’m not gonna stop on details . Firstly something very important to me , how the people treat you , Dentasay every single one of them are wonderful friendly personnel , unbelievable good you feel home . Second Dentasay is superb it’s clean & looks brand new.they’re far better than English dentist , sorry to say that but English is much more far behind, compared to Dentasay . The technologies they’ve got let’s say. ( advanced technology)
So sorry England you’ve got lots to learn from Dentasay .
After I done my one , I took my son there to Dentasay and he also get shock from the quality of their services , even they took us out to the shopping mall and they come to collect us after , unbelievably good experience . Thank you Dentasay

Ich war jetzt das zweite mal bei Dentasay in Istanbul, beim ersten mal hatte ich meine Implantate bekommen und diesmal die Kronen,was soll ich sagen? Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Endlich habe ich ein wunderschönes Gebiss kann wieder lachen, und essen was ich möchte. Transfer Hotel Klinik Hygiene das Ärzteteam alle bekommen von mir 5 Sterne. Ein großes Dank geht auch an Evin die immer für mich da war wenn ich sie gebraucht habe, und auch an Dr. Gamze die mich behandelt hat,hoch professionell und mit voller Leidenschaft an ihrer Arbeit. Ich kann diese Klinik mit reinsten gewissen nur jeden empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles liebes Dentasay Team, ich wünsche euch allen nur das beste für die Zukunft macht weiter so. They don’t even deserve one star. I absolutely do not recommend them. If you want to end up paying ten times more later to fix the damage done by Dentasay, then go there. Unfilled and inflamed root canals, extremely poor-quality materials, aggressive grinding of completely healthy teeth, and even root canal treatment on healthy teeth. Total unprofessionalism.

I do not recommend Dentasay under any circumstances.
Lack of experience, rushed work, and serious medical issues afterward.

About two weeks after the final procedure, I started experiencing severe pain. Exactly two months later, all the teeth where the nerves were removed developed infections, which clearly indicates that the root canal treatments were not done properly (canals not fully sealed).

Additionally, the level of hygiene was unacceptable: the staff scratched their head after removing their hand from the patient’s mouth and used their phone during procedures.

An extremely unpleasant experience with serious consequences for my health. Avoid.

Lipsă de experiență, lucrări făcute în grabă și probleme medicale serioase ulterior.

La aproximativ două săptămâni după finalizarea lucrărilor au apărut dureri cumplite. Exact la două luni, toți dinții la care s-a scos nervul au făcut infecție, ceea ce indică clar că tratamentele de canal nu au fost realizate corect (canale neînchise complet).

În plus, nivelul de igienă a fost inacceptabil: personalul se scărpina în cap cu mâna scoasă din gura pacientului și folosea telefonul în timpul procedurilor.

O experiență extrem de neplăcută, cu consecințe serioase asupra sănătății. Evitați.

I went I'm juin 2023 for a total transplant, I was given a budget that I agreed and so decided to do my treatment with dentasay clinic, at the beginning all seems to be well but as soon I seat at the. Chair I was told I had sionite and it would be 3.000€ more expensive than my original budget. I was sceptical because my doctor back home never told me that, but I agreed and started my treatment. All the 4 hours procedure was under local anesthesia and was very very painful. As soon I finished completely numb not able to speak and a lot of pain was asked to go make full payment for the treatment without any regards towards patients situation after a 4 hours ordeal. On my second visit to receive my implants I stayed 5 days and only at 10pm of last day and after my complaint they give my implants. After 6 months back home the lower jaw of implant broken and had to treat back home, all in all a total disaster form dentasay
