They have pathetic customer service. No updates on package arrival date. Need to wait for 15-20minutes to talk to the customer agent who disconnects the call without solving the issue.

Worst customer service. These guys are biggest cheats of all time!!! They dont supply. And they dont refund!!! And they dont respond!!! Very disappointed!!

Worst dental supplies , wrong orders delays . Bad customer support no one is picking up the calls I’ll sue them.

Worst after sales order..sometimes items not delivered..then otherwise items are damaged they never refund..why they don't have a Google review page..very suprisinh

I'm not getting any information about my order.
No delivery updates.
No confirmation about my delivery date .
I'm unable to track my order.
No one is picking up the call and replying to the the messages.
It been more than a week I'm struggling to even talk to customer care rather getting any solution or reply from the site .
This was an awful experience.
I still don't know if I'm getting my order anytime or not .
I think all my money is wasted including my time .
I'm never ordering again this was a pathetic experience. I atleast should get my money back if you'll can't deliver my stuff on time or not giving any updates.

Worst frauds, managed by a bunch of fools who are not even worth to herd cattle’s..they send damaged instruments or materials in between purchases and upon asking for a return of the product they deliberately delay to close the return window period, and even if they take the material back for a refund, they never refund you .

Dentalkart's online business is highly suspect, with no one accountable for resolving issues. Calls go unanswered or are directed to unhelpful customer support, promising results in 3-4 working days, which never materialize.

I've lost nearly 14000 due to this ordeal. Save your money and time; do not purchase from Dentalkart.

This is a froud side....they sent me a expired product ....and when I call customer care..they don't pick up my call.. don't buy anything from this site...

It was the worst experience ever that i experienced from online purchasing so far as a very shameful incident was occurred to me on purchasing their plus membership. It is clearly mentioned in the features of membership plan that free delivery or no delivery fees will be charged on any purchase or order above 499 but it is not as it is mentioned delivery charges were accordingly charged as earlier and their is no relaxation in delivery charges which is a totally waste of money on purchasing their membership
Very poor response is provided from their customer care. So please don't blindly believe on the features mentioned on dentalkart and please boycott them.
