I paid 12,000 Euro to Dentakay for a full jaw treatment, and it has been a total disaster. In September, my teeth fell out, and they forced me to pay for my own flights and hotel. In November, the implants failed again, and I had to pay for my flights once more.
Now, as of March 30 and April 2026, I am suffering from severe bleeding and infection. Instead of helping me, the clinic is threatening me on WhatsApp and trying to extort more money. I am a Belgian citizen and a Persoon met een handicap. This clinic is dangerous and practices financial exploitation. I have all the proofs, photos, and WhatsApp threats ready for the authorities." UPDATE regarding their fake response: Your 'goodwill' is a lie. I traveled to Turkey in September and November 2025 at my own expense (flights/hotels) because your work failed. You pulled my lower teeth in Sept, and by Nov it was a disaster again. I have medical reports from Oct 15, 2025, and March 30, 2026, confirming severe infections and total implant failure. Stop lying about 'gum changes'—this is 12,000€ of medical negligence. I have all flight receipts and the EU Disability Card you ignored. I will not stop until justice is served!

I was treated at the Dentakay Nish Сlinic in Istanbul. My major complaints are against the clinic's administration. I mean the people who calculate the treatment cost. Before I went for treatment, I had contacted the clinic, sent photos of my teeth and received three treatment plans (budget, standard, and premium). I chose the premium one. When I arrived, I underwent the medical tests in the clinic and my treatment plan was approved, the cost of the treatment changed a lot from that one which had been stated before. It was significantly increased! Of course, I had a sneaking suspicion that something was going wrong, so I requested the detailed invoice for the treatment immediately from my consultant. After that the consultant wasn’t nice anymore and became annoyed. He called somebody for advice and then told me that they would provide me with the invoice but only after I paid for the treatment. However, I still couldn’t get the invoice all the same. The clinic used various pretexts like the printer had broken down or the accountant was on sick leave, etc. not to give the invoice to me. When the first stage of the treatment was about to come to an end, they said that the invoice would be emailed to me. Of course, no one was going to email me the invoice. The Clinic completely ignored all my requests to do it. After three months’ time I got a message that out consultant was changed. I requested the invoice again and at last I got it. I suppose either the consultant was unaware of the case, or they just forgot about me. The difference we paid for the treatment didn’t match the amount stated in the invoice and it was €815. When I arrived for the second visit, I raised the issue again. The consultant was off guard and started searching for something on his phone frantically. Then he went somewhere. When he came back he told me that it was the money for the service which wasn’t included in the invoice. After that I asked him what kind of service it was. He said it was the hotel rent and transfer expenses. Of course, I told him that hotel rent and transfer expenses were included in the cost of the treatment. He immediately started telling me that the translator misunderstood him and that they underestimate the true cost of treatment in order to avoid paying taxes. In this case I asked to show me the price list and call for the manager. In return the consultant to me that there was no available price list or the manager and he hadn’t got the manager’s phone number. After that he left for a while and them came back with another employee. I was given an ultimatum: either I pay the necessary amount of money or they stop the treatment. I had no other choice but to pay as the treatment was going to be completed. Later, when I was in the lobby, I talked to other patients. All of them faced the same unpleasant situation as me. When they contacted the clinic they were told one cost of treatment but after they arrived for treatment the cost of the latter increased significantly from that which was stated before. Generally, there are two reasons why it is so: either you are told that the prices have been increased while you were on you way to the Clinic or your treatment plan has been changed. The Clinic’s administration has put the deceit of the clients on stream: initially you are attracted by the acceptable price of treatment but after you arrive for the treatment and sign your contract, the price multiplies and the cost of treatment can reach several thousand euros. I think this practice is widespread in all clinics across Turkey.

I had a consultation in the uk paid A refundable deposit, Unfortunately, I cannot make it out to Turkey for my procedure. I’ve requested a refund three weeks ago and they’re passing me from post pillar. I will not trust these people, do not hand over money till after your treatment. I’m very disappointed.

I visited their London office and asked many questions about treatment plan, warranty policy, refund policy, pricing certification of doctors and clinics and especially aftercare. I am 100% satisfied with them. My treatment result is amazing. Looks natural. Hospitality was awesome. Thanks to all team and waiting my second visit in Istanbul

l was firstly visited London Office. They're so kindly and very helpful. Than l was flighted in Istanbul. My tooth root was broken and infected. The infection had melted my dental bone. They took it. Then I will have to wait a few months because my bone needs to regenerate. But they made me a nice temporary tooth and when I smiled I couldn't see any difference. I felt very happy when I returned to my country. I had to live with my temporary teeth for a few months for my healing process. Finally last month l back to Istanbul and they made me very nice implant and now l feel very happy. No one understand my new tooth. Many thanks they are very professional team and very helpful. Also having London offices is very good for me. If there is a problem in the future, I can go there with peace of mind.
