Misleading website
On the page for its All-in-1 Topical Spray, Dense describes what makes for an "effective hair growth formula".
It talks about the benefits of not only expected ingredients like Minoxidil and Finasteride, but also Dutasteride, Curcuma Longa, Saw Palmetto, Rosemary Oil, Lavender Oil, Cedar Woodoil, Sandalwood Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Tea Tree Oil, and Juniper Oil.
It also talks about about how it has 5x more active ingredients, 3x higher concentration, and 2x better absorption through a "unique delivery agent".
So imagine the surprise when all you actually get is a spray that contains a normal dose of 5% Minoxidil + 0.1% Finasteride in a standard Ethanol and Propylene Glycol base.
Not only does it not contain the majority of ingredients that Dense themselves claim make for an "effective hair growth formula", it actually contains less Minoxidil & Finasteride than a few of its competitors (who sell for cheaper).
This makes the majority of its marketing copy seem like lies. It feels like a scam, honestly.

The specific formulation you receive is based on your medical form and prescription approval from our pharmacist, which is why not all listed ingredients appear in each bottle.
Your spray contains prescription-strength 5% Minoxidil and 0.1% Finasteride in the Original base of ethanol and propylene glycol. While these strengths are clinically proven and widely prescribed for hair loss, we can adjust your treatment over time to include different actives or move you to our Sensitive base with naturally derived ingredients such as rosemary, lavender, and cedarwood oils if you prefer.

I just want to go ahead and apologise to Dense hair as I gave them one star review last time because I didn’t know but when you go ahead and order any product of this company you get a email back asking you to fill-in the questionnaire which I think is a brilliant idea so I gave one star review not realising this but after speaking to the team and Jamie about this today he’s put my confidence back into buying more products from this company, I am looking forward to receiving my products and once again I just want to say a big thank you to Jamie and his team…👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve been using dense for 2 years now, I’m doing things with my hair now I never thought would be possible. Absolutely zero side effects which was always a concern taking any medication.
Great communication from the company very impressed. Would recommend to anyone considering trying !

Didn't end up buying but issue resolved
Hi, haven't tried the product so unable to comment and recently cancelled my order. There was a processing error and initially had difficulty contacting them but once I did all resolved quickly. Found Facebook and leaving reviews helpful in making contact but generally not very easy to communicate at first but very helpfully once you do.

Contacted dense for help with computer
I contact dense regarding a problem with my hair. James answered the phone ,I explained to James that I was finding it very difficult using my iPad to order my goods. James was very kind and patient and helped through the hole procedure. I was most grateful for his help .I also had the same problem for my wife and managed to contact James again and he sorted it again. James was very good and reashored me about the hole experience ,thanks James

I have been a long term customer of Dense for a number of years now and I must say they are extremely helpful and caring when it comes to customer service. Why I like the dense products
I’ve been using dense treatment spray for around six months including the two in one shampoo and conditioner. Also have the wax and salt spray. I noticed changes within the first six weeks from being bald to having thin hair now after using the combination of most of the products, my hair has become a lot thicker and after using other products before my personal opinion is that dense do you have the best products for me and that customer care are relatively quick to answer any questions that you may have so thank you and hope this review may help

I have known Mo for years now and it has been nothing less than a pleasure using Dense. I have been using Dense since before the rebrand when it was just a spray, and it’s now brilliant to see all the other products they produce. They are all fantastic.
They provide catered products based on individual needs, and it is a personable experience. Being able to trust their products and their advice has been massive, and the results in the 4/5 years I’ve been using dense has regained my confidence for which I will always be grateful.
I’ve tried pretty much all the products and all are perfect. I’m lucky that I’ve known Mo where I now have my ideal routine which I am very grateful for. It is very easy to apply, smells great and most importantly provides brilliant results, if people saw the difference in my hair now from 5 years ago they wouldn’t believe it?

Amazing product
I honestly can’t recommend this product enough, I started using it after having a consultation at Juvida in Skipton. I started to notice a difference at around the 4 weeks mark, and continued using for about 12 months … my hair completely transformed, it hasn’t been this thick since I was in my teens. I’ve recommended to a few friends now and everyone had said the same! Fantastic product

I’ve tried finasteride in the past but…
I’ve tried finasteride in the past but it wasn’t working that well for me. I switched to Dense because I saw they offer topical dutasteride which is a stronger option. I’m really glad I made the switch because I’m finally starting to see improvements. Definitely recommend if you’ve not had success with finasteride.
