Denimio Omdömen

Great customer service and helped me find the correct sizing for several brands of jeans taking into account stretch.

Have purchased from Denimio multiple times and excellent experience each time. Fast communication and delivery times. Chain stitch hemming service is fantastic as is their range of brands that are difficult to access outside of Japan.

I've bought 5x Japanese selvedge denim jeans from Denimio in a span of weeks.
They arrive from Japan to Singapore via DHL in no time.
Once I wrote in to ask to upgrade to a quicker delivery which costs another 5 dollars but was pleasantly surprised when customer service responded that he had shipped it out at no extra cost.

Denimio is a great store to purchase Japanese denim. They have a ton of different brands and their customer service is amazing. I recently purchased a pair of Samurai jeans and the Denimio team assisted me with getting the correct measurements while also providing me with general advice.

They also ship very quickly from Japan. I believe my order arrived in the US in only a few days.

The best denim shop in Japan hands down. No where you can get such an extensive brands collections. Got myself Studio D'artisan SP-108. The slub and color is out of this world. The texture is unbelievable. Perhaps the best of slub denim period.

Wrongly ordered hemming service. Denimio quickly recognised it. And work quickly to refund my mistake. Certainly they deserve two thumbs up.

Fast delivery, All my queries were responded promptly

Achat d'un jean Momotaro, fidèle à la description, merci pour le guide des tailles, transport gratuit... et peut-être le moins cher des jeans made in Japan!

My experience was great, queries were answered right away.

I’ve ordered Samurai and Sugar Cane jeans from Denimio several times, and they’ve always been fantastic to deal with. They’re super responsive if I have questions about sizing or updates, and the shipping is incredibly fast—way quicker than I’ve seen from other stores in Japan.

They’re friendly, authentic, and make the whole process easy and low-risk. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for great Japanese denim and excellent service!

Great choice of denim and fantastic assistance for a problem with one of my purchase. Also the hemming service was perfect. Highly recommended
