Extreme dissappointment
I would give a negative rating if I could. In my personal experience, the receptionist at the Zoetermeer branch was extremely unprofessional and rude. This has made me seriously question whether the positive reviews on google they have are even genuine. If a company cannot treat a customer with basic respect at their very first appointment, how can they be trusted with people’s valuables?
They haven’t just lost me as a customer—my community is quite large, and I will certainly share my experience with them. They risk losing not only potential new customers but also existing ones if they continue to keep front-desk staff who behave the way I encountered at the Zoetermeer branch.
