The founders wanted to dust off the concept of the wall map, and more broadly mural art, by bringing an innovative technic & an innovative third dimension. We offer you the possibility to create a map of the place you live or that you care about. Different layers of paper and Plexiglass are cut and then superimposed to create an elevation and a unique rendering. The entire production, from the first to the last stage, is carried out in our workshop in France.

Excellent customer service - over a year after purchase !
We got two maps from this great company and realized later that the font sizes were different. We wrote them over a year later asking if they could send us new maps with the right sized font and they responded right away, sent us the new parts of the map w/ the correct font for no extra charge ! I’ve never had a customs service quite like this 😊 merci bcp !!

bad quality, service and attitude
In reply to the response from DeMurin Studio:
• Mr. Alex lie about that so-called free replaced product while we can't provide photo evidence here.
• It is not a 'fine product' quoted from Mr. Alex, it is 1) frame still broken 2) map inaccurate to the same location I've already had, not just debris that will take you 3 mins.
• I did not change or request 'that much detail' between two shipment, it's under the same exact order, and I even provide the reference of the same exact location which I received as a gift previously.
• Last not the least, why leave this review 2,5 years after?
I didn’t know this website to warn and remind the potential customers especially on the quality of the service and the attitude.
I am reporting them to BBB, FTC and SignalConso, and will escalate this issue so that others don't get scammed by this company, even 5 years after my experience.

I would like to address an extreme unsatisfactory outcome from the order #2557. I have not received any respond from the team, they just IGNORE the request until now in May, 2022.
• The product arrived still with a major flaw! I had the same 3D map back in 2021 and was very happy with it, that's why chose DeMurin again to gift it as a wedding present. This package arrived with lots of details missing on the map (exact same location), I would like to provide the picture for the team and I am requesting a compensation.
• The frame of the map is again damaged, just not as bad as last time, but the chink on the up left corner is obvious.
I remain my consume right in legal aspects with this insufficient service and flaw good.

Hello, we have sent you for free a second time a whole new frame, as you didn't seem to like what you received, even though it was a totally fine product.
Now the fact that you wanted that much detail (even if we were advising the opposite) ended in a near impossible map to clean with thousands of little debris. We have cleaned 99.5% of it, but some, almost invisible, will detach during the shipping. This can happen.
As I already told you via email, this is super easy to clean and will take you only 3 minutes.
Once again here is the process :
Open the back of the frame, take off the transparent sheet, clean the little debris with a cloth, and close it back.
The fact that you come 2 years and half later to place this review is quite odd to be honest. Hopefully our future customers will read this and make their own opinion about the situation.

A perfect gift
The 3D product was exactly as described. No flaws at all. Arrived brand new and shiny in 100% perfect condition. A very straight forward ordering process and delivery was very much in a timely manner. It made a perfect gift for my daughter who just bought her first house with her boyfriend and this was a commemorative gift for them both to mark the occasion. Like me, they are both delighted with it. This was my second purchase with you and my third will follow in the next few weeks. Absolutely excellent.

Completely blown away by the quality and aesthetics
What a way to reminisce the city you adore and the place that has a sentimental value to your life! From ordering to receipt of goods, the processes were seamless and flawless. The 3D map is highly detailed, so unique, and top quality - it is an art masterpiece. I am grateful that the city I grew up in and remains nostalgic to this day is always visible. Thanks, DeMurin Studio team for the innovative idea and perfect execution.
