The bed system and the whole experience has lived up to my expectations. Thomas I spoke to the entire time has guided me through. He is well explained everything about the products. the quality is fantastic.the smell of the latex is really nice. I can only smell it if I put my nose right next to bare latex. I won't smell anything with mattress cover and sheet on. the bed frame is lovely. the bed system is very supportive. my son has a few nights to adjust to it as it feels firmer than his old spring mattress because of supportive nature of the latex. the most important thing he say it's easier to get up in the morning cos less tired. problem solved to get teenager out of bed on time for school

I purchased a mattress from Tomas at Demko 5 years ago, the mattress is the most comfortable mattress ever and after 5 years is still like new. I wanted something non toxic, comfortable and good quality and that’s what I got! No smell at all, clean non toxic materials, excellent quality and very comfortable. My daughter has allergies and is sensitive to chemicals and smells etc so I needed the mattress to be totally non toxic.
I’ve just purchased a second mattress and will only ever purchase from Demko.
Tomas is very knowledgeable, helpful and lovely and remembered my purchase from 5 years ago! Tomas takes the time to answer any questions and is very patient. Amazing customer service.

Really happy with the quality and comfort of the mattress so far.

I have ordered three beds from Demko. Two Greta single beds and one Florence UK Queen size bed. They are beautifully made and you can see they are of a very high quality. I also ordered matching underbed storage, which is a good size and the dimensions take into account a bedside table, so can still be opened with this in place.

I ordered over email and the person I ordered from went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us. Their service is excellent.

I spent many hours looking for the right beds as I wanted something organic and metal free, which was difficult to find, I was able to get this from Demko. The Greta bed was completely metal free. The underbed storage I got for the Florence bed was bespoke and metal free with curved cut outs to pull it open. They are able to make their products to bespoke sizes. I also ordered organic mattresses from them.

It did take around 6-8 weeks for delivery in the UK, but it was worth waiting for.

We took delivery of our new Demko bed system (Greta bed, EU King size, slat bases and mattresses) one week ago. We are absolutely delighted with every aspect of the bed as well as the outstanding customer service we received from Tamas at Demko at every stage of the purchase. Every step of the process was perfect, from the advice and help we received during the decision-making process right through to the well organised and on-time delivery.
The bed system itself is wonderful to sleep on, we have never experienced a similar level of comfort. The sprung slat bases give exactly the level of support that we were hoping for. They totally relieve the pressure points on hip and shoulder we had with our previous bed, allowing me to sleep comfortably on my side despite having some long-term cervical problems. But the surprise was the extra comfort from the mattress for the entire body. We were surprised for example at the comfort and floating sensation it provides to the legs, something we did not even know was possible! Overall there is a wonderful balance of support and comfort across the entire bed.
We were also very impressed and pleased about the build of the Greta bed, how wonderful that it assembles without any screws or fixings of any kind, a simple but brilliant design. We are very happy that we opted for the euro king (160cm) rather than UK king (150cm). Because the design of the Greta bed is so slim and neat, there is barely any total size difference from our previous bed but the extra 10cm of mattress is luxurious. Overall the bed is so solid that combined with the double base and mattresses, there is almost no disturbance to one partner when the other moves or gets up.
A surprise bonus is that the bedroom has a slight perfume of freshly worked beech wood, but absolutely no trace of packaging or plastic scents on the mattresses or any other part. So, it was apleasure to use from day (or rather night) one.
Tamas gave excellent advice and patient answers by email and phone throughout the decision making process right up to delivery, without any pressure or hard sell. This was a major investment for us but we are so happy now that the cost is already forgotten and we are looking forward to many years of use.

I started my quest to find a mattress without chemicals. During my search I discovered Demko, who had not only mattresses that were chemical free, but also a bed system. Tamas was excellent, answering all my queries, from my first email in early March to my order for a Demko bed system at the end of April.
We had the bed system made to fit our existing bed frame. There was no issue at all with delivery, which went smoothly.
As for the bed system itself, after an initial couple of nights getting used to a new bed, we haven’t looked back. It is by far and away the best bed I have ever slept on.
In addition, since sleeping on the bed, my husband has felt the benefits on his back and the ultimate bonus for me is that I’ve had markedly less visits to the Osteopath.

This is our third visit to Demko, we first purchased a mattress then a bed frame a few years back and now have upgraded to the Demko bed system. They always go out of their way to answer any questions & give you complete confidence before making a purchase from them. I don’t usually write a review unless I have had a great experience worth mentioning. I can honestly say we will always use Demko and would not shop anywhere else for a mattress or bed frame.

We recently bought a demko mattress [Proluxe B dual firmness]
The mattress is exactly what we needed - firm, supporting and cool.
The fact that there aren't any springs mean that one partner moving at night does not disturb the other sleeper.
My interactions with Tamas, the sales director, were very positive. Delivery was done as promised and my old mattress was taken away for a small fee. Highly recommend this company

What a wonderful company!! From start to finish the service was amazing! Tamas is a wealth of knowledge and the products are far superior to any other I researched. I am so happy that I found this non toxic organic company for my family!

The delivery was little late, but as mentioned in the site. Overall mattress is excellent, we love it. Earlier we use to have a back pain when we woke up in the morning, but after we started using this mattress it's gone. It provide proper back support. I would definitely recommend it but it's little expensive side.

If you want a good sleep on a clean and comfy product then Demko beds are for you.

An excellent product. I've been sleeping consistently better on this mattress than any other before it. Expensive for a reason and worth paying extra for a good nights sleep in my opinion.

Side note: Do make sure you air the mattress regularly (in line with manufacturer advice) if you're using it directly on the floor without a bed base.

I’ve bought the king Demko Delux D mattress. The mattress is extremely comfortable, not too hard or too soft, just perfect for a goodnight sleep. It has plenty of ventilation holes so you won't overheat during sleep. I also wanted to make sure the mattress is 100% organic, chemical and allergy free. Demko mattress ticked all the boxes. It comes with a 10 year warranty, and has a very long life expectancy compared to other brands. I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.

We have found Demko on Which? as their Best Buy, scoring the highest among organic mattress retailers. We contacted their office to discuss which mattress would be the most suitable. They gave us all the help in choosing the correct firmness. We went for the DeLuxe B. I wanted to wait with the review until we had been using it for a few weeks. I think it is safe to say this is the most comfy mattress we’ve ever had. If you are looking for an organic mattress do not hesitate to contact Demko :)

Second purchase from Demko. We have been using the Demko DeLuxe C mattress for 2-3 years now and it is still like new! Recently we bought a DeLuxe A junior for our child who has been using it for a good couple of weeks now. He also finds it very comfortable. Since the first purchase we have moved to Northern Ireland and still received his mattress within 3 weeks. Highly recommended by a happy customer!

We have bought the DeLuxe B which proved to be the most comfortable mattress we have ever had. It supports well and perferctly comfortable at the same time. Top quality product, not cheap but worth its price. The delivery was quick, we received it well before the given lead time. Spot on company and mattress.

We bought a Demko organic mattress 2 years ago and still love it. It has maintained its shape perfectly and has no sagging, still as comfortable as at the first night we slept on it. We recently went back to Demko for 2 junior mattresses for our children. Again, we received top quality mattresses, delivered well on time by 2 very polite delivery persons.
