Neues Armband
Leider kann ich keine gute Bewertung geben. Diese Uhr wurde vererbt und ein neues Armband wurde benötigt. Dies ging nur online. Die Maße stimmen wohl mit älteren Modellen nicht mehr überein. Das teure Armband passt nicht. Werden wieder andere Marken wählen, die auch stationär verkauft werden. Viel Tam-Tam ( Zoll etc. ) für nix

Bei älteren Modellen können sich die Bandanstösse und Abmessungen von denjenigen aktueller Modelle unterscheiden. Deshalb empfehlen wir grundsätzlich, vor einer Bestellung kurz mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen und das genaue Modell bzw. die Referenz der Uhr zu prüfen. So hätten wir Ihnen gerne das passende Armband empfohlen und eine Fehlbestellung wäre vermeidbar gewesen.

A Cousin of mine Gave me a Delmar Sapphire Crystal Watch 667.972.1 about fifteen or more years ago before she passed away, I changed the battery only once and it has never stopped once, So many people have complemented me about the beauty of the watch of which I'm very proud. but sad to say the strap broke a few weeks ago and now I can't find where to buy some new Straps. I now feel so out of place not wearing my Beautiful Watch. Winston Francis

Inzwischen erfreue ich mich bereits an meiner 5. Delma.
Ich bin durchweg begeistert:
Sehr hohe Qualität der Materialien und Verarbeitung, freundlicher Kundenservice , tolle Ziffernblätter ( in Natura traumhaft schön, was auf den Internetfotos leider nicht so erkennbar ist, z.B. Seastar in blau, Santiago, Continental ), kratz festes und glücklicherweise nur innen mit AR Beschichtung entspiegeltes Saphirglas.
Einziger Kritikpunkt beziehungsweise Anregung zur weiteren Verbesserung: ich wünsche mir von Delma zu den Edelstahlbändern eine Schliesse mit „on the Fly“ Feinverstellung.

I couldn’t be more disappointed in The, like of service. I received! One of the to watch this I purchased will not change the date daily. I also found that The band locks up, keeping The watch from moving at all on my wrist! This watch is faulty and pinches my skin!
The representative that responded to my (date not changing) has simply discarded my issue and passed me on to a local Dealer, which is NOT local to me!
I COULDN’T BE MORE DISAPPOINTED IN MY PURCHASE OF 2 WATCHES!!
It is become quite Clear to me, that the 30 day returned policy, and international warranty of two years is a huge load of crap!

For the watch you wished to return, we promptly provided you with a prepaid return label so the watch could be sent back under our 30-day return policy. Unfortunately, we never received the return shipment or any further feedback regarding the return process.
Regarding the second watch, you informed us about an issue with the date change mechanism. To ensure the fastest and most professional assistance possible, we referred you to our authorized service center in your region, which offers complimentary pick-up and return delivery service directly from your location. At no point during our communication was an issue with the bracelet mentioned to us.
We take product quality and customer service very seriously, and we have also sent you an email directly in order to resolve the issues at hand as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Great watch for the price!
Was looking for a good dive watch that wouldn't break the bank. In looking thru the collection I saw the tide watch. My son-in-law and daughter are abid fishers and his birthday was approaching so took the plunge, so to speak! I haven't seen a dedicated watch to tell tides! A very nice watch for the price!
