Quite happy with the result but i would have given five stars if i had been able to send the broken one back for a repair , seeing it had just come out of warranty. A saving of buying a new heater may have been more beneficial

Hi Michael,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience didn’t quite meet your expectations, but we’re glad our engineers were able to carry out the necessary repairs, and replace the required parts on several of your patio heaters.
We completely understand your frustration about not being able to send the previous one back for repair, as it was out of warranty. We always aim to offer the best possible value and support, so we appreciate your comments and will take this on board when reviewing our warranty options. We’re pleased that you’re happy with the final result and hope your heaters are now working perfectly.
Kind Regards

Overall quite seamless from placement of order to receipt of goods. I would like to have bought both the fridge and the 240 volt adapter direct from Dellonda.
However the fridge was cheaper when ordered through eBay 🤷♂️. I couldn’t get the adapter from eBay 🤷♂️.

Thank you Maddie, Victoria and others in the support team. You are amazing.
