Our flagship **Send Ahead** service is designed for those moments when you and your belongings do not need to arrive at the same time. We can collect your luggage, boxes or personal belongings from your hotel, home or accommodation, safely receive them into our care, store them until you are ready, and then deliver them locally or arrange onward forwarding to your next destination. It is ideal for people relocating to Spain, travelling between accommodation, enjoying extended stays, returning home temporarily or simply wanting to travel without carrying everything with them. Delivery Owls also provides a specialist **lost property retrieval service**. If you have left a phone, laptop, suitcase, wallet, jewellery or another personal belonging at an airport, hotel, restaurant, car-hire company or other business, our team can help arrange collection, secure packaging and return delivery. Where required, we can also assist with courier shipping, international forwarding, customs documentation, tracking and local collection and delivery. What matters most to us is trust. We know that customers are placing important and sometimes valuable personal belongings in our hands, so we focus on careful handling, clear communication and keeping our customers informed throughout the process. Amazing Service
Ash and Delivery Owls worked tirelessly to get my things back to me in San Francisco that I left in Portugal. They went above and beyond in securing my belongs and making sure I received them. All along keeping me updated, great company!

I’m so grateful to Ash and Steve at Delivery Owls for helping me finally get my belongings home from Spain after four years.
Ash went above and beyond from start to finish. She organised everything, took care of all the paperwork, helped me through the customs process and made sure my belongings were carefully repacked as if they were her own. Her care, patience and attention to detail made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier.
A special thank you also to Steve, who retrieved my belongings from Spain and brought them safely to the Delivery Owls office.
After four years, finally getting my things back meant a lot to me, and I’m genuinely so grateful for how well they were looked after.
It’s refreshing to deal with a business where real people genuinely care, take ownership and go the extra mile — especially in a world of chatbots and outsourced customer service.

Outstanding! Everything was excellently executed
Everything was excellently executed. This small business was able to retrieve my lost vintage Cartier watch from the Madrid Airport Lost and Found office. Indeed, staff traveled from Marbella to Madrid round trip in a single day and took extra steps to ensure its safety during this trip. Also, they sent Customs documents in a securely sealed plastic pocket in the front of the package to ensure prompt delivery. When delivery was delayed by FedEx due to this company's own incompetence and inefficiency, they went above and beyond to assist and were there every step of the way. If I could give more stars, I would!!!

Made our relocation so much easier
We were moving to Spain but our accommodation wasn’t ready when we arrived, so Delivery Owls collected our luggage and boxes, received and stored everything for us, and then delivered it once we were ready.
The service took away a huge amount of stress. We received confirmation when our belongings arrived, communication was excellent throughout, and everything was delivered exactly as expected.
Having one trusted company manage the collection, storage and final delivery was incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend Delivery Owls to anyone relocating, travelling between properties or wanting to send their belongings ahead."
