When been offered job at 127 Cape Coral FL parkway West 1327 felt treated fairly since 2023 to worked bagger, & greeter for almost three years by January 16,2026. My uncle was at the Publix on South Tryon St in Charlotte, NC. He was trying to me for my birthday. The lady was rude and so was the manager. All they had to do was pull the records. He has sent money multiple times. He is 75 years old and a dialysis patient. I understand scams. I also know rude and lazy people without patience and compassion, that was the case.

What's going on? Everytime I go in the store, more of my favorite people are gone. I was hoping my stock person Scott would be back (I heard he got hurt outside of work) but it's been months and I was told he no longer works there. Please don't tell me that Publix fired him because he got hurt. That's cold! He saved me last Thanksgiving. Went above and beyond, never got flustered even though the store was a mad house. If that's not a valued employee, who is?? Is Publix going cut-throat???

Apparently Publix Pharmacies don’t hire people that have actually been to college (though I thought college or SOME education was required for pharmacists!!) Anyone with even a tad of education (or common sense) would have had a Business 101 course that defines a contract is between the purchaser and who the actually purchased the item from. I should NOT be asked to call the manufacturer MYSELF!!! Not that they are set up for calls directly from consumers anyway! And trying to return it again and explaining this very basic tenet of Business 101 resulted in totally dumfounded looks from Publix employees. “We would just have to call the same number you did” was the absolutely Amazing response. Verbatim. Publix canNOT be trusted!! DO NOT TRUST PUBIX !!!!!

We do everything in our power to avoid shopping at Publix for two reasons: Price/Costs, and because they are a monopoly around my area. The infrequent times we do shop there, it's usually for only one or two items, or if they're BOGO items are interesting. Times are tough and this is especially true when it comes to my wallet. I drive out of my way 17 miles to Walmart and Aldi/Winn-Dixie to avoid paying the extra cost for the same item at Publix. Yes, it is worth putting the mileage on my car, for larger shopping orders, to drive 17 miles one-way, to save money.
Here's part of the problem with Publix: Here in St John's County, FL; there are literally 5 Publix's within the 5-mile area I live in, AND THEY ARE BUILDING TWO MORE STORES!!! One in Silverleaf, and one near Rt-16 and I-95. There is even a Publix across the street from another Publix on Rt-16 and IGP! They are making competition very difficult, especially in St Augustine, where there are two Aldi's, two Winn-Dixies, and the rest are all Publix (10 in total, not including the two that they're building, and the one that is getting an overhaul on the beach). Fortunately, the new Walmart on IGP will give them some competition. We desperately need competition here; Food Lion, Kroger (Yes, they do deliveries, but for meat and produce, I want to see what I'm buying before it's purchased), Winn-Dixie/Aldi's, or Piggly Wiggly! Any of them would be better than what Publix is charging! Not everyone around here has the NY/NJ/IL/CA money!!!
I will say that they do take care of their employees. It's refreshing to see that, but I do not like the price tag of their produces.
I'll say it, Pub Sub's are not as great as people make them out to be.

This place is the biggest joke i have ever seën. I have never seën a place who can't one single order rite.Then its your fault because of their srew up.

I had to send a foodstuff to the quality control division due to it being expired, not pulled off the shelves at my local Publix and ingesting it making me sick. I had not seen that it was expired and left on the shelf to sell. I dealt with Brianna in that department and she lacks customer service skills, is rude and robotic. I was told by the manager that Publix would identify the issue that made me sick. Brianna told me that was not true and the manager lied. She told me I will have to go to Publix again to pick up bar from the local store after headquarters sends it back to the local store. I asked for it to be sent to me as it is inconvenient for me to have to go again for their mistake in the first place. She became sarcastic, condescending and disconnected our call on purpose. Brianna is NOT an asset to Publix and needs to go. Poor form Publix to hire a lowest common denominator like Brianna.

I only come here if I absolutely have to, like the other day when I needed something to drink on a hot day. The prices are just too high. Granted, the produce looks exceptionally fresh, but the prices are out of proportion with what you get.

Ordered 2 items. No notification that what i ordered was not available. No request to substitute...so charge me 12.00 in fees 😤 for delivery....when the main item was not available!

Absolutely ridiculous and not worth the $. I might as well drive to the store myself if you cant even notify someone that what u ordered is out of stock!!

I hate Publix! Their 1990s technology won't allow my health insurance card for payment. Instead, you have to use the insurance app - but if the store's wifi doesn't work or you forgot your phone, you're screwed. Note; Walmart and WinnDixie have the technology that allows a physical card for payment.

ON APRIL 20, 2025 I PICKED UP MY ORDER FOR YOUR STRAWBERRY/PEACH SENSATION CAKE. THIS CAKE WAS GIVEN TO THE HOST HAVING AN EASTER PARTY. ANYWAYS, THE CAKE WAS DROP DEAD GORGEOUS AND THE TASTE WAS FABULOUS! I NEVER HAD A CAKE THAT WAS SO MOIST! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CAKE IN A HEART BEAT.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PUBLIX SINCE AUGUST 1992. I LOVE THIS STORE SINCE I FEEL LIKE I'M VISITING FAMILY. ALL OF THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE VERY HELPFUL. I WOULDN'T CHANGE THIS PUBLIX FOR A MILLION BUCKS. THAT'S IT....THERE AIN'T NO MORE!!

STOP ASKING FOR DONATIONS AT CHECK OUT!!! You charge almost double all the products but I still buy them for convenience distance and you Publix don’t leave any single client without asking for a donation, please do your donation and let the clients buy without pressure. You make a lot of earrings

I had a very rude and sullen employee in the Milstead Crossing Publix in Conyers, GA who doesn't like to do her job! I had to call to her THREE TIMES in order to get her attention. Then when she went to look for the meat product I had asked about it was like I asked her to slaughter the hog, butcher it and make up the product. I am fed up with employees who will not even take a moment of time to be nice. I spend a lot of money at this Publix and I don't need an employee acting like it's a chore. YOU ARE IN RETAIL FOR GOODNESS SAKES! This employee never wears a nametag which is policy so you can't get her name. She always wears a black watchcap and a Publix sweatshirt. She's as wide as she is tall. I hope I never have to deal with this person again!

tired of everytime i go to get a sandwhich, i have to wait for the meat to be sliced, or the cheese to be sliced, and now today no oil for vinagar and oil.

Don't use the pharmacy!!! They filled a prescription for my wife and added a drug not on the prescription! We had ten(10) drugs and they filled eleven (11) drugs. The added one was blamed on auto fill in their software. The additional drug was detrimental to my wife's condition. When i questioned the pharmacist, it was no big deal to her. No sorry, no we will be more careful, no OMG I'm glad you didn't give this to her....... Just a Stuff Happens attitude. I'd prefer a better standard of care when it comes to dispensing potentially dangerous drugs.
