I purchased a Pizza Hut gift card for £20 and I went to make an order when paying my local Pizza Hut said gift card not valid, I contacted customer services who were not helpful, I would never use Pizza Hut again!

Update: nothing has changed. 8 months later, the website experience is still rubbish. The 50%-Off deal wouldn't take anything off. Had to mess around with other deals, as there was no way I was going spend £70 on 3 crap pizzas, which worked in the end. But when I tried to login, it said it would send an email, which never arrived, so had to checkout as guest. Every time I say the same thing - I'm not going to waste my time on the crap website.

Ordered many times in the past with the 50% off discount. Typically straight in, order and just works. Tonight not the case. My basket disappeared 6 times. Initially I had a total of £36 with the 50% automatic discount, but after it disappeared I kept getting a total of £72. Strangely the website UI seemed to look/behave differently each time! Anyhow, eventually found a code which worked (used to be automatic discount) and the order was placed. However, it made me look at the Papa John menu and will most likely use them next time.

Disappointing, took advantage of the "30% off selected items" offer, ordered a margarita pizza, fries and cookie.
The pizza had hardly any cheese, all I could taste was tomato paste, the fries were a very small portion.
I could of bought a cheese stuffed pizza and a pack of seasoned fries for less than £5 at Iceland, I wish I had now, a waste of £31.00.
Definitely not ordering again, total rip off.

Went to Falkirk branch to have lunch with my wife. Told on arrival that they don't accept cash - not great but I could live with paying using a credit card if needs must. Sat down and was then told I needed to scan a QR code to order and I could only pay though my smartphone. No chance! I don't have payment methods linked to my smartphone as it is one of the most insecure technologies out there. I'm standing with £200 of cash in my wallet and two credit cards but you don't want my money Pizza Hut - time you went bust then, I'll not be back. Not to mention how unreasonable and thoughtless this is for elderly and disabled customers. Your company disgusts me now and I've been a customer for decades. We all need to stand up to these morons and boycott this nonsense!

Just to add ... we went to Weatherspoon's instead and had a really nice pizza and many beers - even paid in cash. It can be done!

I ordered a Hawaii pizza should have been ham and pineapple only. It also had onion and olives on it I scrapped them off but could still takes the olives that I do not like it was awful and inedible waisted money.
Will not be ordering from them again discussing

I ordered vegan pizza for collection from the restaurant. I’m lactose tolerant so I was so excited to eat Pizza Hut. I add it chicken on the Top. Very disappointed presented was messy and sticky chicken on the top of the box I didn’t like the taste or how presented.

Pizza Hut Bullring Birmingham , where do i start , Food all over the floor , over 1 hour to be served with glasses , over priced , over cooked , very rude manager , spoke about pizza had very little toppings especially when it said fully loaded i don't call 5 pieces of Peroni fully loaded , and burnt on the bottom and was cold , you need to avoid this pizza Hut , spoke to customer services they said we spoke to the store and believe them instead of listening to use avoid this pizza hut

Arrived in record time and was piping hot!
Obviously freshly made & cooked.
So between the chef and delivery driver - a job well done! Thanks

If you want pizza hot and on time, DO NOT order from these people. These guys don't give a flying fig about you, or your complaints about them. I live a five minute drive from their shop and it took them an hour to get food to us, three times as long as their own tracking app said it would be.

I raised a complaint with their head office, and instead of taking my complaint seriously, I was offered platitudes and a derisory £5 voucher.

I'm not interested in their vouchers, I want this shop to be forced to honour their commitments to their customers, they simply don't care.

Don’t waste your money on Pizza Hut delivery - nearly always crap based on the rare chances I give it a try, as my family’s experience in-restaurant have been pretty good. Last time I’ll ever order anything from here again. Pizza’s are nearly always over- or under- cooked, or simply poorly put together. Order from Domino’s instead - rarely have a bad experience with them.

Ordered a delivery from Puzza Hut for 2. £32+ for a medium pizza and one side dish is ridiculous. Will not use again so will look elsewhere for a local takeaway pizza place. Disappointed

Ordered a pizza from Rotherham pizza hut. Delivery changed 3 times so far with priority delivery on deliveroo.

I ordered two pizza for £20 from Plymouth derriford branch been charged 42.86pound for that due to issues with the website ordering as you can’t customise your order, when I contacted the branch about that they explained that I need to contact their general customer service as they can’t adjust, when contacted they said you have ordered and charged accordingly despite that I ordered two pizza with three toppings and despite that I am eligible also for 50% of pizza order as per NHS blue light card , despite the offer that they could adjust for me and for my disability ordered this no one really bothered to call nor contact and been treated in very humiliation manner.

We visited the Pizza Hut off the Kingsway in Dundee a week or so ago. The restaurant was empty but the only woman working welcomed us in and was extremely friendly and helpful, no wonder!! Over £40 for two pizzas!!!! Seriously? Much as we really enjoy the pizza, there's absolutely no way we'll ever use Pizza Hut again at current prices. We've just had an excellent, freshly prepared Indian meal for almost half that price. Pizza Hut is dead to us.

Ordered food to be delivered and they deliver it to the wrong address due to staff member rushing to get off work (manager confirmed this). Then the delivery person got the pizza from the address to attempt to deliver it to us even though it could have been messed with and is already 40mins late. Absolute joke of a company and if that is what they think is acceptable when it comes to food health and safety, I was not about to accept a "Fresh" order to be sent that would highly likely be the same pizzas reheated.
