Great service from Lee, fair price and kept informed of movement of car throughout although the snow and frost didnt help wth the movement. Many thanks Lee for a great service.

Chose the delivery i wanted and thay collected and delivered within a few days.
All in all very good service from all happy to use again.

I paid for a company to pick up my camper van and paid £105, the company couldn’t fulfil the job and I had to get some one else to do it. I have ended up paying twice and have not been able to get in contact or speak with any one not pleased this is the booking fee.

Barry’s service was perfect. Arrived on time, professional outfit absolutely fabulous. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if needed.

I had my car delivered by Dragos Corneliu last week and it was an excellent experience for me. He picked the car from the Essex County and delivered to Northeast England without any issue. He was giving me updates as he progresses and even helped to jumpstart the car at delivery when it did not start. He kept to every promise made and I respect him for this. Thank you.

First time needing to use such a service and pleased I found DeliverMyMotor. I got ~7 quotes and all that responded were helpful. The price ranges were quite varied and some allowed passengers and some did not - that could be a nice app enhancement - but we got there and got it sorted by a super helpful chap. Would use the service again.

My plans for moving my touring caravan changed last minute, I contacted Deliver My Motor on the off-chance that they could help. I was sceptical at first, especially regarding having to pay a deposit before being put in contact with the company who had given me a quote but I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman was in touch almost immediately and arrived approximately an hour after I had paid the deposit. The gentleman was amazing, went an extra mile, I would definitely recommend him/Deliver My Motor for caravan re-location.

First try at organising a car transport service in parallel with requesting quotes on other site. This one felt more personalised and the prices were definitely better. Got a good service from the carrier also.

This is a strange one. All Deliver My Motor did was put me in touch with a transporter, which they did efficiently.

They charged a commission of 20%, which I feel is excessive, given the minimal amount of work they did.

The actual driver was first class and kept me well-informed, through what for him was a difficult job, due to weather conditions and heavy traffic.

I would use Deliver My Motor again, but the high commission would cause me to look for alternatives before I did.

I have now read their response to this review and whilst I understand they are disappointed by my remarks, I stand by them. For starters, I have seen no evidence of the company formally indemnifying me against poor performance, or even no shows, by the drivers, so I don't feel particularly 'secure'.

Through no fault of his own, the driver who delivered my vehicle, was over seven hours late. In this case it wasn't a problem, but if I'd needed the vehicle for a specific purpose, that could have cost me a lot of money. Did Deliver My Motor provide insurance against late delivery? If they did, it wasn't obvious and reading what other reviewers have said, like many other companies, they're not particularly helpful when things go wrong.

Many other companies, across the spectrum of business, provide a similar service for a significantly lower commission. Most of them will have similar expenses and responsibilities as DMM, so not convinced by the attempt at justification.

The service I received from DMM, was satisfactory which is why I gave them an above average three stars. I really don't see it is the place of reviewed companies to start telling their customers, how many stars they deserve. Not very professional!

Very straightforward service. Works really well. The UI could be a bit better and there could be better navigation especially the mobile version.

The collection of my newly purchased Morris Minor in Norfolk was arranged promptly in fact I had a call early evening to enable the driver to collect within the hour as he was in that area.
My car was delivered in East Kent at 07.45 the following morning.
