We were first introduced to Mark Howell in 2009 when we purchased a leasehold property to accommodate a daughter near to her new job. Mark, assisted at that time by Gosia, were so friendly, professional and helpful during this complicated transaction (2 mortgages were involved) and made everything proceed without any challenges.
Although we had planned on selling the property after our daughter moved on, this was thwarted by the national cladding scandal following the Grenfell disaster.
We have therefore had to renegotiate or replace these mortgages a number of times due to fixed terms expiring and age related issues; many lenders do not serve over 70 or 75 year olds.
Mark, now assisted by Andzelika, have handled these changes so competently, always obtaining the best possible, optimum deals for us, the latest of which has just commenced.
They have provided such friendly and amazing service during all of these transactions, at a fraction of the cost compared to other brokers.
I have had absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other family and friends who were seeking a mortgage.

I am a strong believer in a person representing a company and it's reputation - Tom Dolski does this perfectly. Tom is ultra responsive, transparent, polite, clear, professional and has understood my needs since we started working together many years ago. Tom applies no "closing pressure" but remains contactable when needed. Should you not have worked with Tom at DeHav before I would suggest doing so right away!
