Warning!! Do not buy anything from this company! They are fraudsters, scammers, theives!
I bought a pair of headphones that fell apart within 6 months and battery couldn't last more than 1 hour. They wanted me to send them back to them (at my own expense), then later they sent me an email saying that they had received them and they'll send out a new pair. That's 5 months ago and I never received anything. They don't respond to my numerus emails, I've tried contacting them on Facebook with no luck, and the listed phone number is for a completely different company.
I've realized that I have lost my money to this terrible company - they have stolen my money .
Summary: product quality is horrible, costumer service non-existing.

Superior quality (VICE 2nd). Received bonus goodies in the package. Very nice packed, fast delivery. Haven't had a reason to contact support team, but have the feeling that they are very responsive

Used to be good...
I have bought headphones from Degauss Labs several times in the past and have been very satisfied so far. A few weeks ago I bought the Twelve Drivers, which did not work with my phone (Google Pixel 4). After I pointed this out to support, I had to wait until I even received the necessary data for a return, which I then had to pay for myself. Since then, despite several attempts to reach the company, I have not received a response and my money has not been returned.

Degauss Labs is a company that provides exchange in abundance. Their products hold up to abuse (through the wash, swimming in my pocket) and each time I've ordered something they have provided more than I expected. I asked them to repair earphones I broke after 5 years with no receipt and they sent me 4 new phones; I ordered the dual drivers and they sent me the 12-drivers. Their lower-end ear phones are better than any other I've heard. They sound natural, mellow and slightly bassy (good for exercise); the higher-end ones have great definition--just give them a little time to "burn in" to remove the dry/bright highs. The 12-drivers make me smile.

Their headphones are great, customer support is fast. Why no 5 Stars then? The in-ears took over 1 year to arrive!! Never waited longer for any product.

We ordered two Pocket Vita earphones. Degauss Labs is one of the few companies who produces small earphones who doesn't have to go inside the ear. We read from reviews that they were a cheap, superior quality alternative to Apples own.

It was easy to order on their website and the package arrived swiftly from Sweden to Denmark in two workdays.

The earphones use a flat cable and plays well.
With a great discant and midrange. The bass should be deeper.

Overall build quality is pretty amazing considering the price. They play like much more expensive headphones. The presentation is nice, with packaging and a little card signaling quality.

Along with the card, we also received a free gift of extra earphones, which we thought were exceedingly generous considering that these already are significantly cheaper than Apples standard product.

All in all, why buy Apple earpods when the Pocket Vitas are both cheaper and better.
