So far so good very easy to place order onething i could not find tho if your disabled should i be vat exempt and the account page could be a little better and live chat is useless in my opinion never get through and not very good with responce by email either

Excellent company , good communication, and incredible value for money . Why anyone would buy a defibrillator when you rent one fully serviced and warranted is beyond me . I would highly recommend this company.

I have been a first aider at work for my teams area for years so have known about the benefit of AED's forever. I have always wanted one but my wife thought the initial expense (thousands) and then replacements (more thousands), were too much for us to afford (she was definitely right). I found this company on google and the pricing and lack of strings attached, seemed almost too good to be true . So glad I decided to risk it - the company has been perfectly efficient from order to delivery to follow up calls. 10 out of 10 for service and would highly recommend as for the small monthly price it could be a literal life saver.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. No defib arrived rang every day just kept getting fobbed off. Finally promised another one would be sent. Rang again 24 hrs later as hasn't received tracking number from company or delivery company. To be told I would have to re order another one to get it sent out. Customer service shocking

This company has been fantastic for given me all the information needed to go forward with one of their Dfib's.
I live rural and have had 2 minor heart attacks previously. I also have young children at home so having this device at home has given me great peace of mind. I would rather pay a modest monthly subscription for a potentially live saving piece of equipment that is fully maintained and have no need for it than being in a situation where we have a lengthy wait for emergency services due to our location.
The customer support is fantastic. I received a call a few days after delivery to ask if they could answer any questions or help with set up.

Top bedrijf doe het nu 2 jaar en geen enkel probleem ooit gehad. Dat dit bedrijf geen 5 sterren is snap ik niet. Is een beoordeling van een Engelsman die denkt dat dit bedrog is. Nee is het dus niet en die 1 ster kan gewoon weg.

Cannot fault this company. 5/5 stars for the peace of mind alone and customer service, defib arrived in great time and really decent kit. Even came with a wall mount and resus mask. Signed up a few months ago and best thing I did.

We looked at purchasing an AED and initially hadn't even thought about renting one, but the low monthly cost compared to the initial outlay of purchasing one and the fact that all maintenance is taken care of for you makes this a much better option. Highly recommended.

I used their very very affordable defibrillator rental option for my father who has heart problems and I will use it again. Great devices, worked fine when I tested it and their guidance to use the device was very good. Definitely recommend

Looks like this indeed is a scam. I couldn't get through via the dodgy ringtone. And looking a the address on google maps street view, it shows no sign of them whatsoever, only an accountant's firm.
