I found myself in a very worrying position of being charged with downloading Indecent images. After receiving the court summons I contacted Richard for advise.
I booked him for 1 hour through his website and he contacted me and gave me very good advise then sent me a letter confirming this, I was impressed so hired him.
Richard was then invaluable to the lead up to the hearing at the magistrates court where he stopped the prosecution putting silly preventions on me and got me unconditional bail.
Because my case was so serious I was to attend crown court 1 month later for sentencing. Richard sourced me a barrister, briefed him and prepared a meeting for all of us. On the day of sentencing I met with Richard and the barrister and I felt like they really were there to help me in this very difficult and stressful time. I really was facing the prospect of going to prison but they managed to get it suspended and also managed that I was not put on a Sexual harm prevention order.
