Title: Terrible customer service and no real solution for a broken bidet
Title: Terrible customer service and no real solution for a broken bidet
I had a broken bidet and was told I would receive a replacement seat to correct the problem. Instead, DeerValley sent me a completely different, complicated part that appears to require installation, with no instructions included.
This was not the replacement I was expecting and it did not make the repair simple or reasonable. A bidet seat should not require the customer to guess how to install an unfamiliar component, take apart the unit, or risk causing additional damage—especially when the company originally indicated that a replacement seat would be provided.
The lack of clear instructions, installation diagrams, technical support, or an explanation of why this part was sent has been extremely frustrating. What should have been a straightforward warranty or replacement issue has turned into a confusing DIY repair project.
I expected DeerValley to stand behind its product and provide a usable replacement for a broken bidet. Instead, I received an unexplained part with no guidance. Based on this experience, I would not recommend DeerValley Bath unless they substantially improve their warranty handling, communication, and customer support.
