The packaging is a problem to me. Aluminum containers lined with BPA free plastic isn’t as good as glass or stainless steel as there is always a risk of microplastics being shed into the liquid conten... Se mer

Delicious and effective fibre supplement
Love these fibre shots! They taste delicious and it's such a better experience than the powder supplements I've tried before. Delivery is super quick, so there's no danger of running out. I love that the packaging is aluminium and that they offer on-the-go, single-dose shots for travel. Highly recommend these if you want to easily increase your fibre intake and look after your gut health!

Buy it from Holland and Barrett - do not subscribe
Product itself is fine. Subscription is useless as you receive far too many emails from them offering silly discounts. Easier just to buy it in bulk from Holland and Barrett if you want the product and save the hassle.
