Everyone needs one !
We decided to place our order with Deep Dive Wellness because they had the best price at the time ( Xmas ) We ordered on Dec 22nd and received all parts n pieces by end of January . The chiller was the most expensive component and good quality it appears but it came separate from the tub ( XL is not necessary fyi - unless you do 2 people at a time ) and there where no fixings / pieces to connect the two so we had to figure out how to "plumb" the whole thing and that was not easy with all components beeing different in size . I would buy it from them again if they provided a complete setup . It took us a few days and several runs to ACE and HD to get the thing up and running .
The tub is solid and is just too big for a 1 HP chiller . The time it takes to get the tub down to mid 40 range is a couple of days . The guy that took care of us through this excersise of acquiribg a cold plunge was really nice but communication was sporadic and several times we where unsure if we had got scammed . Either way ; the plunge is now up and running and worth every penny but would have loved a less stressfull customer experience and the plumbing parts and instructions .
