Ordered 4 Ramadan calendars guaranteed before Ramadan — never arrived. Customer service refuses refund, only offers store credit. Many others report the same. Taking money and not delivering, especially during Ramadan, is disgraceful. Avoid this business at all costs.

They are thieves. They took my money, never delivered the order and refused to issue a refund saying it was against their policy. I don’t need store credit. Thieves.

Ordered Ramadan calendar. Didn’t arrive at all. When contacted them they said it’s out of stock. And then said it was customs issue. Refused to refund the money. Says will deliver the item next Ramadan. The blocked my email for any further communications. Total scam. Wasted my money.

Absolutely scammer. I ordered a package there and they didn't say it was out of stock took my money and I reached out to them to cancel my order. They blocked me. Don't ever order from these scammers. They literally took 90,00 Euros.

Ordered 3 advert calenders for Ramadan, before Ramadan 30days gone no order arrived, when asked no help what so ever the items there no more online and received no order, horrible service no items sent, scam and so disrespectful naming there company as Deeninternational when using Ramadan and Deen to scam and rob Muslims. Day of judgement will be accountable and will be there to hear witness.

This company is a scam - they do not deliver and refuse to provide a refund.

Heb hier voor de ramadan dacht ik mooie kalanders te hebben gekocht. Te minsten dat deden zei doen denken. Dacht nog leuk om ze cadeau te doen. NU kwam mooi bedrogen uit de eerste 2 waren kalenders die ik nog zelf in elkaar moest gaan zetten dit stond nergens vermeld en dan nog niet te spreken over de cadeautjes die ze er bij hadden was ook zo nep als het maar kan. Ik had 2 bestellingen gedaan maar heb alleen 1 mogen ontvangen met 2 nep artikelen. Wacht nog steeds op de rest. Ze wel meteen een bericht gestuurd en ook mijn betaling bij Klarna meteen op pauze gezet en ze op de hoogte gesteld van dit alles en nog steeds in afwachting van reactie. Wel keer reactie gehad nu. Dat ik €30 euro kon krijgen maar wel als shop tegoed bij hun. Ben hier niet mee akkoord gegaan.

BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If I could give zero stars I would. What I ordered and what I got were very different things. I ordered a Ramadan calendar for kids - came completely damaged, unassembled (not notified of this on the website), and with almost NONE of the promised inclusions. Had to spend much more of my own time and money to make it useable and they refused to take responsibility.

This is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had.
I strongly advise others to stay away.
I placed Ramadan Calendar Gift Boxes 24 days ago. The website clearly states 1–2 days processing time and 4–6 business days shipping. It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I have not received my order, nor have I been provided with any tracking information. And, when I contacted them through Instagram, they shamelessly responded by saying, “We never promised it would arrive before Ramadan." What??

Ramadan has already started, and my children were so excited and eagerly waiting for this order. Unfortunately, they were left disappointed. It is heartbreaking to see your children look forward to something special for Ramadan and then realize it is not coming.

What is even more concerning is that the company refuses to offer a proper refund and instead insists on store credit — even though the item has not been delivered. That is unacceptable.

I have order on the 27-July and sinds then still not received my halal swimshort. Its not much money but i hope they wil get punished for there haram earnings and using islam and halal products to scam people. Also i tried making contact with them and they then said the color was not there and asked if i wanted to change it i said one fine just send what color you have. After that i didn’t heard anything from them.

So don't order!!!!!! May Allaah give them what they deserve

Wat een oplichters zeg! Gewoon 4 weken geleden 2 boekjes besteld en nog steeds niet ontvangen.. schandalig!! De manier waarop is het aller ergste! Moge Allah jullie leiden naar het goede!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order in February. I ordered 2 Quran jars for my children for Ramadhan, and an Aytul Kursi bangle. Haven’t received my order till now. I contacted them by email and they told me my delivery address was incomplete and it was returned back by Royal Mail. Since then I have tried to email them again but received no reply.

I ordered back in January still nothing, received 1 message telling me if I change the colour it will be shipped ‘tomorrow’ and here I am still waiting..

I am writing to inform you that I have not received my full order. So far, I have only received the personalised prayer mat. However, there are a couple of issues:

1. The prayer mat received is purple, whereas I had ordered the pink colour option. Please see attached images and screenshots.

2. I am still missing the following items from my order:

Could you kindly advise on the status of these missing items? Will they be arriving in a separate delivery, or has there been an error with my order?

Geen communicatie echt een oplichters heb bijna € 100 betaald en ik krijg een maand geen reactie van hun. Ze zijn hier nergens te bereiken en reageren ook via social media niet. Niet bestellen

Onlangs hier een gebedskleed besteld. Niks ontvangen en de communicatie is compleet doodgevallen. Geven niet thuis en reacties op social media worden verwijdert.
