If it was possible I would rate zero stars.
My mum ordered a nest of 3 tables which arrived on 2nd November 2024 in a shocking condition. cardboard box was all ripped open and there was no bubble wrap or protection inside the box. I emailed on the 3rd of November 24 and was offered a £40 good will gesture or a refund. I opted for the item to be collected and refunded. Items were collected 19 November 24 and no refund issued.

They don't answer telephone calls, respond to emails or the live chat. impossible to get through to anyone. They are an absolute scam and literally fleecing money from people.

Have reported to trading standards and the more you look into the company the more you find out how bad they are and how many people have been taken advantage of.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Decolassy Furniture. They took payment for my order, promised delivery for mid-November, and failed to deliver. When I contacted them, they postponed the delivery to mid-December and offered a £20 refund as a goodwill gesture. However, I have neither received the £20 refund nor the delivery, and now they are completely unresponsive to my emails. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of communication and failure to deliver on their promises.

Absolutely shocking. Items haven't arrived after almost 3 weeks. Don't answer the phone, respond to voicemails, emails etc. Waste of time, what a con!

We have bought a nest of tables which have not turned up and are well past there delivery date I have tried emailing and also called dozens of times and left countless voicemails but nobody ever responds , I am starting to think this company is a scam

I had a very disappointing experience with this store and would not recommend purchasing from them. I ordered nested tables, but the delivery was significantly delayed. When the product finally arrived, it had peeling veneer and noticeable scratches. The quality of the tables is far below what was advertised.

I attempted to reach out to initiate a return, but getting any response from customer support has been nearly impossible. Despite several emails and providing photos of the defective product as requested, I have yet to receive a solution or clear instructions on the return process.

Poor communication, lack of accountability, and subpar product quality make this a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store.

Absolutely terrible service. First order never received after multiple times of writing on the online chat. Finally got a reply saying my first choice was no longer available. I pick another & was promised a refund. Again after multiple online chats nothing. Then my second choice arrive very poor quality. And still no refund. Avoid this company at all costs

I have ordered nest of tables and could not get the delivery and have been told it will be delivered this week since last four weeks. Send them lots of emails same result. There is no phone number to contact anyone. No one picks the phone up in customer service and no one is on other side on live chat …Hoping to get the delivery.

Ordered nesting tables and they have arrived rusty and bent.
Trying to arrange a return and they just ignore all your emails and calls. Tried live chat and no one reply’s.
Going to need to go through credit card company to arrange a charge back.

Stay clear of this lot

I placed an order on the 16th August and goods have not arrived. I have requested a refund but to no avail and have emailed them many times for an update but receive no response. I am starting to doubt that this is a real company.

Placed an order for tables on the 29th July it’s now September and we still haven’t received the items, minimum replies from the company fobbing me off with excuses. Will be getting a charge back from my bank. Save your money DO NOT BUY from here read all the ‘Genuine’ reviews first, shocking company!

These nesting tables are fantastic! They’re the perfect size for my small apartment and look so stylish. The quality is great—solid and sturdy. Delivery was fast, and they were super easy to assemble. Really happy with my purchase

So I waited longer for my product than I should have done. Sadly it arrived damaged and I needed to return for a full refund. I found it almost impossible to make contact as all communication is done via a chat bot. Undeterred I pressed on and eventually got a reply from a person. My damaged product did get picked up and after a few weeks I got my full refund. I believe they are seriously understaffed so my advice is be patient and don’t give up.

Absolutely awful company, wish I had listened to the bad reviews.
I ordered 2 lampshades 10 days ago and still haven’t received any emails to say my items have been shipped which surely doesn’t take that long.
I have rang no answer, I have emailed no reply and don’t even bother with the live chat as there’s no one on the other end to answer!.
Have opened a dispute with PayPal.
I’d completely avoid this company and spend your money on a reliable, trusted one.

I've given this 1 star because I can't do zero stars. Customer service - zero stars. Communication - zero stars. Product delivery - None existent.
This is by a long way, the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Absolutely appalling.
If anyone ever takes anything from any trust pilot review, take this one. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM DECOLASSY. You will experience a whole world of frustration for nothing. Not worth the the company being in existence.

Wish I had read reviews such a shame seems some people have been fortunate - I phone, email etc but no response seems once they have sold you something they close the door
I received the nest of tables minus the tops how utterly stupid what a waste of time - is it really worth their reputation
maybe they don’t care what they are doing is fraudulent
