Poor communication wardrobe hasn't arrived only communication is via WhatsApp as they don't answer phone or emails now is dispute via bank over refund.

I paid £400 for a wardrobe but then couldn’t contact them to arrange delivery and installation. I was left no choice but to cancel the order and then they responded promising a refund. Guess what I’m still waiting for the refund and they have yet again gone silent, no answers to emails, texts, what’s apps or phone calls! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I really wish I had seen the reviews before making a purchase from Devcohive. I have now been waiting 5 weeks for my wardrobe, and it still has not arrived.

I have had to constantly chase them for updates, and after waiting this long I finally asked for a refund. Unfortunately, I am now having to chase them for my money back as well. The person I have been communicating with on WhatsApp keeps telling me that the refund will be processed “shortly”, but it still hasn’t happened.

This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. I completely regret making this purchase and would strongly advise others to read the reviews carefully before paying this company any money.

At this point, I simply want the refund I have been promised.

Scam company.

Wish when I made my purchase there were reviews on this company. But there wasnt. I should have seen that as a red flag. But sadly I didnt. Now weeks later and im £400 out and never got my wardrobe. They clearly use multiple company names and make a living scamming people out of their hard earned money. They should be ashamed of themselves, but like most scammers they clearly thing we all deserve to be scammed and have no conscience. Have to contact my bank to report the fraud. Dont make my mistake or the mistake of everyone else who has bought from here. Absolutely shameful behaviour.

This company is a fraud and full of lies. I had made an order of a wardrobe 2 weeks ago. Danial been telling me on WhatsApp that will take 4 to 12 days. and the courier still hasn't contacted me , so I am requested a refund and Danial is ignoring me, so, I'll sue them now. they're definitely Scammers..please AVOID!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give - or 0 starts I would. It seems decohive have changed their names several times over the last year.

I have places an order with them expected delivery was from the 6-12th of this month. I was told last week Saturday the only day I told them I couldn’t do. Then they said Monday / Tuesday.

The team reply once every several nights on Whatapp around 9:00pm saying we’re on it we will call you soon and do not make no contact. I’ve dismantled my wardrobes to make space for the new ones, mine and my partners whole wardrobes are in the kitchen taking up our whole kitchen.

I would NEVER EVER use this company again, and I also recommend you check there reviews on trust pilot.

I even offered to collect the wardrobe from Dagenham and they gave me no pickup address or even replied to the message etc… multiple people waiting 5+ weeks on trust pilot for their wardrobes.

Bearing in mind i have ordered FROM DECOHIVE they have told me they need to check from what sounds like a 3rd party supplier when I will be receiving my delivery and waiting on this 3rd party for information on my order.

Before you order just call one of the three numbers they have online and see if any number answers.

They also turn there Whatapp phone off to avoid answering messages

Were do i start nearly 4 weeks ago ordered and paid for a wardrobr should of been here 2 weeks ago literally blanking all communication then sending 1 word messages ill check on this to be told more lies missed days of work for a wardrobe thats basically not coming this company has had 4 or 5 different names in a year oviously getting taken down once trading standards no its scamming only 1 gpod reviee and 100%wrote by one of them there taken good peoples money with hope there guna recieve there goods it shouldnt be allowed so this time theyve done it to the wrong person as my husband is a police officer there getting reported to fraud also investigation into them 100%this will not be left there robbing people stay clear.

I would advise potential customers to be extremely cautious.

After my order with razara company was cancelled, I contacted customer service and was told that I should place a new order through this company because, according to the representative I spoke to, both companies have the same owner. This made me very concerned.

Based on my previous experience, where my order was cancelled, I never received my refund within the promised timeframe, my emails were ignored, and I was blocked on WhatsApp, I decided not to place another order. I have since had to raise a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not feel confident ordering from this company. I recommend that anyone considering a purchase does their own research and pays using a payment method that offers buyer protection.

🚨 STAY AWAY — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I would strongly advise people to stay away from this company based on my experience.

I ordered a wardrobe that was supposed to be delivered within 1 week. Instead, I waited an unbelievable 5 and a half weeks. During that time, I had to constantly chase them for updates, only to be given repeated promises that the delivery was coming. Those promises were not kept.

After 5 and a half weeks of waiting, I eventually had enough and cancelled the order.

You would think that would be the end of it — unfortunately not. I am now having exactly the same problem getting my refund. It has been nearly 3 weeks, and despite repeatedly contacting them, I keep being told that the refund is “being processed.” Yet I still haven’t received my money.

At this point, I have been left waiting weeks for the product and now weeks for my money back.

The repeated promises and assurances have been incredibly frustrating, and I have completely lost confidence in this company.

Think very carefully before ordering from them. My experience has been nothing but delays, broken promises and a refund that I am still waiting for.
