Decode My Radio Omdömen 

Very little communication waited 3 days and never received my code ended up having to ask for a refund

J’ai commandé un code autoradio en pensant que le service serait rapide comme suggéré par la présentation du site. Résultat : 48h après, aucun code fourni. J’ai contacté le support par email : aucune réponse, pas de suivi, pas d’explication.
L’expérience ne correspond pas du tout aux promesses mises en avant, ce qui donne une impression de formulations commerciales trompeuses. Je lance une demande de remboursement et je déconseille ce service tant qu’il n’y a pas un minimum de réactivité et de transparence. a fuir !!

Been 24 hours still no code. Emailed support and still no reply. Looks like a scam. Do not use.

Once i had the serial number for my Ford mondeo radio, submitting it to the website and paying a charge of £4.95, my radio is fully functioning again after the code was on the screen seconds later!

Battery replacement locked VW radio. Code handwritten in manual by previous owner did not work. Researched and found this site. Seems to be lowest price. Received code, but it was the same as the one I had, so still stuck. However, good service.

so quick and easy! Never used a service like this before and was worried it might not work, but it did. Radio code delivered instantly - after a dealer had told me I'd have to take the car in, and that they'd need to send the radio off for recoding)

Perfekt und schnell

After asking if VW would supply me with the code they said that I would have to book the car in for a £35 service for them to give me the code for a 25 year old replacement original stereo. I was told they do not keep the codes anymore and have to plug the car in with the stereo to get the code! (this also checks if the 25 year old stereo that is worth less than £35 was stolen or not).
Where have they put the codes?? All these other 3rd parties seem to have them :)
Crazy.
Anyway, after doing a little research I used Decode to supply me with the code (which VW do not have for their own cars... or do, and just have lost a little trust with their customers).
Code was supplied within an hour via e-mail and worked a treat.
Can now use the original stereo.
Many thanks, trustworthy and better than VW themselves who I am now just a tad disappointed in.

Just used this one after reading the Trustpilot reviews, for my old Ford Galaxy radio. First try worked perfectly, despite what looked like it might be an incompatible serial number I gave to the website. And cheaper than other sites I looked at. Well worth it for the zero hassle in getting access to my music back!
