Fairly simple to register
Fairly simple to register. However, I don't think my exact configuration was listed so I had to choose the closest w/o overstating my product. I think that lowered what I was offered. But shipping label was quick and I received my money within one day of Decluttr receiving my product.

Decluttr is very easy to use. I've sold some dvd's. They provide shipping labels, you just have to print them out. Box your merchandise up and add your labels. They pay very promptly, so easy.

Selling CDs
I have had a great experience selling our huge collection of CDs that was just collecting dust. The price offered per CD is small, but it really adds up. I do wish that the status of the shipment was tracked better. I can see by the tracking number that it was received, but that information isn't put into my account and it takes several days to be notified that it was received. In general the process does take about 10 days from dropping the shipment off at UPS.

A Good Company for Selling Media You No Longer Need or Want
Declutter was prompt in providing a shipping label, as well in issuing a payment once they received my items.
I appreciate that they accept various items, they offer free shipping as long as your order meets the criteria for it, and they have a mobile app that can be used in place of the website.
The payment for the items could be a little higher, and I think it would be a good idea if they had an option for receiving physical checks as a form of payment. I would also like to see some improvements with the functionality of the mobile app. I'm a little disappointed they don't accept some books and older electronics.
Overall, my experience with Decluttr was positive and I would consider doing business with them again in the future.

Stealing submissions
Warehouse employees losing delivered items, company will not assist and claims they never got it. Tracking clearly shows it was delivered - but the company won't even try to find it. They claim fraud because the UPS receipt is low weight. So why not verify and CHECK THE ACTUAL ITEM DELIVERED.

I’m sorry to learn that your experience was not positive.
When an order shows as delivered, it means the parcel has arrived at a sorting facility as part of a large consignment. Our warehouse team then needs to individually scan and process your item.
Your order did not reach our warehouse hence why a claim had to be filed however the claim was rejected and this was explained to you by our Complaints Department.
I am very sorry to inform you that this is our final decision with regards to this matter. We have investigated and reviewed this case thoroughly and our stance will remain on this occasion.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointment and upset caused. As we have made our final decision, we will no longer continue to respond.
