Parshva is amazing

Parshva was very helpful and efficient. He actually has a very professional attitude with a calming voice, which was very comforting in my current stressful situation. He explained everything very clearly for the process so far.

I completed my last financial counselling appointment with Kash, and she was so friendly and helpful! Kash I appreciate how you made everything fun and relatable, I learned so many good things to apply to my life everyday and I'm really grateful for you! You're the best!😊♥️

The absolute worst company I have ever…

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
They take forever to respond to emails.
When they do respond, they don’t read the emails clearly and ask you for the information you have already sent them.
When you ask them to do something they either don’t understand what you’re asking or they do and they don’t care because they will do something completely different.
Anytime I get a customer service rep on the phone. They say they’re new or it’s their first day. These people have no idea what they’re doing.
They are infuriating to work with.
I am more stressed and aggravated now than I was before I started my proposal.
I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this company. They are absolutely useless and frustrating. Wish I could go back and do my proposal with another company. Beware.
