This experience with this company is wonderful.
They still have not settled all accounts right now, all is going great as right now.
Wonderful sweet and kind people.

Not a scam. I am in the process of erasing credit card debt interest free for a fraction of the cost and time it would have taken me otherwise. They are very transparent about the process so think it over and decide if this is the path you want to take.

Going through my own personal financial problem, I reached out Palisades for help. Not only are they very helpful, they are understanding to every situation and will work with you as well.
I’ve recommended Palisades to family members and friends about them and would highly recommend anyone else who is in search of a legitimate debt relief group.

This group is very helpful with handling all my credit cards! It was first a struggle to pay my cards while dealing with my daughter head surgery but this group help me every step of the way to settle my debt while helping my credit score. Thank you for all your help!

This company is not one of integrity in my opinion. If I could give this organization a ZERO I would. Not sure if it's a scam or not, I will say it appears to lack solid ethical standards. I just had a conversation with a person by the name of Brandon/Branden who is a poor representation of Debthunch, calling him unprofessional, is a compliment. This Brandon/Branden person claimed it was on a recorded line so I suggest his manager review the call. I called earlier and spoke with a woman who I felt very uncomfortable with because she claimed my phone # was attached to someone I don't know. I told her I would call back after doing some research to confirm this wasn't scammed. Regrettably, I made contact with Brandon/Branden, who then without being given any information stated, "You called earlier and hung up on a representative." Then he disconnected the call with, "GOOOODBYE" he kind of sung it with a feminine voice. Immature, accusatory and unprofessional are just but a few words that accurately describe this nocuous brat. Please pay attention to the one star reviews because post engagement, I now believe them. Note to the organization, people have the right to tell a representative they'll call back and they don't feel comfortable until further investigation. Stay 100 feet away of any company that needs you to profit and treats you as if you owe them, that's evidence the company in itself lacks integrity, morals, and good business sense. I'm really glad that I encountered this fellow, now I can aide in enlightening others and provide a measure of protection for them. Don't get scammed, you deserve better than that.

Initial calls were friendly and very directive

The agent on the phone was very punctual, polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns as was able to start the process immediately. I am looking forward to the process of getting my debt off my shoulders.

I am actually adding to a review I wrote a couple of months ago. I was really hoping I'd be writing to amend the poor review I have already written, but in fact this experience has gotten worse. I highly recommend trying a different solution and avoiding this as a resolve. Using this company has been a nightmare to try and negotiate my debts. Transparency is not their motto either. Everyone tells you something different if they even call you back at all.
The initial sales pitch was misleading at best. I signed up in September of 2023 and it is now the end of March. I was just told by someone at the Palisades firm, (a law firm that takes over after the initial induction), and the girl just told me they've only been in contact with one of my creditors. What? My credit score has plummeted from 700 to 400, and obviously no solution or resolve in sight.

Absolutely ridiculous.

So Far So Good...

I have done everything they have asked of me, I am now just waiting for the process to happen.

The people I have interacted with have all been great, starting with Sebastian Lorenzo and most recently Cristina A.

Looking forward to it to all being completed.
